A very good tool for high repetitive work. I am a plumber and in P1 we need to constantly drill holes in the ceiling for pipe layout.
Good concept to save shoulders and elbows. However the comments on schedule and productivity do not seem close to being accurate. This machine would need to get A LOT faster to make it close to being cost effective or make schedules. 1 carpenter could drill 3 times faster than this machine and the installer still needs to go back up to install the anchor. The machine still takes a man to run it not to mention all the man hours to create the BIM model and set up time and the lease cost of the machine. The floors would need to be completely clear of all materials and tools to allow access. Again good concept just needs a lot more product advancement to be productive...
I‘m really impressed … guess the next innovation step for Jaibot is to also pre-install the anchors ..
i also imagine her in future to do disc-cutting and concrete chipping ..

Who’s going to clean up the job site before the jaibot could run?
the carpenters would generally remove their forms after stripping. Would need to be co-ordinated prior to all trades having access.
