I felt the same way as you did when I was in high school. What really helped me was just drop everything that i was used to that was making me sad, and trying to do good for other people. Suicide is never the answer as there are plenty of people who would want to talk to you about it. Crying also helps, even if it's for no reason, just cry and you'll feel better.
