Bro I'm about to do my first submission with graded gem, my question is say it cost £10 per card to get graded is that the total cost for graded gem to send it to psa and get it graded or is it just £10 for graded gem service then I will have PSA fees on top?

PSA gives out 9s and 10s. I prefer CGC or BGS . More honest grading, recently sent all my cards to CGC.
