Stayed on Bacardi island about 20 years back and as part of the deal we could also stay in the Cayacoa if we wanted to spend a night in Samana town. Can't believe how much it's been improved. As an aside,we walked the length of that long bridge because there was a derelict restaurant at the end of it.Has it been rebuilt?
Not back then it wasn't.Believe it or not,4 of us stayed there, fully inclusive for 3 weeks for £5,500! It too,has had a fortune spent on it since though and is VERY expensive now
Thanks for sharing going here in a couple of weeks
+Baby810 Thank you.

Yes. It is. There is Grand Bahia hotel on Bacardi island but it is more expensive then Cayacoa Grand Bahia.

Where is La Playita Beach? I couldn't find it near Samana.
Near Samana... When you go out ask some local taxi drivers it is around hh drive.
Starting at the 1:00 mark, what beach is that? Doesn't look like either of the two beaches adjacent to the resort.
+Luc Martel Hello Luc, the name of the beach is Javo beach it is around 45min drive from hotel.
It is very pretty! Thank you for this awesome video
Thanks
