These are beautiful teeth, but there needs to be a filler between the crowns and the gingival line. Having teeth connected to the mandible in mid air without any material that resembles gum tissue is a little daunting? I know that people usually don't smile that big to show their gingival line, but being conscious of not doing this is a little too much!
We don't know the shape of this patients gum tissue. He has ground away the gum tissue on the stone model. Likely he has a soft tissue cast of the patients gums that fit into this stone model you see in this video. This bridge may fit right on and look natural. But like you, I did wonder how this looks in the patient's mouth.

I wish I could send a pic of my bridge.There is a small gap between the teeth and gum line.The dentist said he would fill in the gaps.I have to brush every time I eat anything.I spent 18k for a full arch and Iam not happy.what a bummer

I have similar bridge with implants and the food impacts badly between the thick teeth and gumline
I relate The thickness of the 5 unit bridge with the space is very annoying. not to mention the worry of food debirs and possible infection.

Your dentist must analize your oral situation and see if this is the best option for u , also not every lab use the same tecnics. So my advice is that you directly tell your dentist what you want and see if its possible.

I have a small mouth and my jaw doesn't open wide. My teeth went bad within a year. I'm only 43. My doctors ran lots of test but couldn't figure out why. But what can I do? I don't think dentures can work, because of my limited space. My tongue completely fills my mouth when it is shut. There is no room. I'm very concerned about this. I can only do what the VA will pay for.

I understand this patient is for a real patient case and it was issued for quite about 1 years. I would like to seek your opinion on trimming the connection to facilitate the path of insertion into the patients implants? I have encountered a few broken abutment screws due too ill fitting connections and patients almost present with failing implants/bone loss due to mico movement of the connection.

Omgoodness! I absolutely love your videos and your work. You can tell how much you care. I spent a fortune on my teeth having so much work done and in the end it all fell apart due to a medical condition. Now I’m looking to have this done. I wish it was more affordable because the people who need this the most are usually the ones who can’t afford it. I use to think people who had bad teeth were because they didn’t take care of them, but I know now that is not always the case. Some people are just born with bad teeth. Almost like someone who can’t grow their finger nails or hair, bad teeth are hereditary too.

I wonder whether he uses Zirconium posts. NO Metal dentistry is healthy. Also, th metal post WILL show up on the gum line eventually.
If your gums recede over time you can repair them you can make them better then when the bridge was installed using Advanced-Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) ruclips.net/video/Q1MqHcqAK1I/видео.html The office that might do full mouth zirconium bridge uses PRF on all patients when they get their bridges to correct reciting gum lines from the start.
What are your thoughts on full porcelain bridge as opposed to a bridge with metal and porcelain together
As time passes these front teeth will chip then these other cost to fix them. These teeth are not guaranteed to last forever.

The teeth in a cervical area are overbulked.
Interproximal separation should be completed during the zirconia green state. Post-sintered zirconia (especially full-arch bridges) are prone to fracture at the junction lines and should not be adjusted. If adjustments are required, it should be done with high-speed tools and using water irrigation to mitigate crack propogation.

Can this be done on actual dentures that don’t require implants?
Probably not....The issue with dentures is not the realism in appeance, but rather, the fact that they cannot bond with any comfort or time. So, even if you got dentures made in this style, they'd probably unglue in a few hours. I would imagine it'd be a huge waste of money to have something look so good that doesn't work well. It would also be like giving an abandoned house a fresh coat of paint, just makes no sense. However, they do make magnetic dentures, which are a step or so below actual implants, so maybe you can try these there. Although, I would still have to imagine that if you can afford good looking arches like this, you can afford actual implants.
What meteral are you working with.Can you make them at lease 50% slimmer especially on the back side.mabe with the strongest meteral available.COST FOR FULL MOUTH AND TIME NECESSARY AND YOUR LOCATION THANKS

I would like to know where I can go to get my teeth done like those. Do those have to be taken out every 6 months? I hope not. I wish I could find some where that cleans them while they are in your mouth. It seems like taking them in and out so much would make the implant loose. Help me Dr. Luke Kahng

In first step are you making wax up, then scanning it you produce pmma provisional and if everything fits great you scan wax up again to circonium ?
How do you think, where should abutments be fixated to bridge , in the lab or in the mouth ?
