The company made a good move to do a relay with her back up dancers. Because 3 minutes of the same person (new idol, not much fanbase) might be too long and people might skip it. When she makes it big then people will watch her for hours :)
Soloists usually do relay dances with their back up dancers. For instances, Sumni, Jessi, Chungha.. It wouldn't be a relay dance without other people. Usually, the relay dances have less backup dancers though, like 4-5 back up dancers.

I love the way this relay was planned out. Even though she's a soloist, everyone got time evenly and when it was showcasing her for the chorus, the backup dancers switched off so they were all still included. Love the way this was done and how it was planned out, it added to the song and relay style beautifully.
