I totally agree with the Chanel's. I don't even like Coco Mademoiselle and everybody seems to love that one. I do have Chanel Eau Tendre and love that. The Chance line I can do, anything else is not happening. Labelle is one of my top 10 for life. 😍. I get it, love your opinion either way.

Chanel No 5 is a no-go for me too, but I like Shalimar. The house of Xerjoff is a masterpiece in my opinion, but you have to understand this typ of fragrance. We all have different tastes and bodychemestry and that is absolutly ok. Thank you for your opinion👍👍👍
Yes Xerjoff as a house has beautiful fragrances. I understand that type of fragrance as I own more Niche than designer. However I fee the Xerjoff DNA is very familiar with Tiziana Terenzi. I hate smelling one fragrance and being reminded by one I already own in my collection
I stan Erba Pura 😩. Like I can bathe in it. And yes I have Dehab, Kirke, Cassiopea. I’ve realized it’s my all time favorite scent profile. All that other stuff on the list can go lol.

You know what though… I enjoy these videos because it gives me an idea of the reviewers taste and how it aligns with my own. Because ultimately, yes we watch because we love fragrance but we also watch for purchase recommendations. So just like knowing what your scent profile is based on what you rave about we learn your scent profile is like based on what you can’t stand. Anyone who gets upset about that is childish. I totally did the same. I kept going back to smelling it and walking around, trying to make it last and memorable on my skin, but it faded away in an unpleasant way on me. I just can't force myself to like it as many reviewers keep hyping it up, but I just won't buy it. I'll pass.
Fun fact: Coco Mademoiselle was the first “real” perfume I ever bought myself, I got it when it first came out w my jr high graduation money.. I was TWELVE🤣🤣🤣 I got clowned on so much for “walkin round smellin like a grown woman” .. and I oversprayed it like body splash😭😭 now I cant wear it at all! & funny enough it smells too “old” for me now 😹 & Idk how Chanel No 5 is still holdin on, my Nana (born 1920) used to wear that!

It works for me, for my style, for my look .And these two i will always have in my collection 😜 i dont like too fresh. I am not simple woman, so i need some sweetness some spiciness. You’re you and I’m me, sometimes even with the same likes and dislikes, some scents reacts differently to our body chemistry. i bought HOS Passion de L’amour because I liked how it smelled on the bottle and test strip, but after so many tries, I realized it smelled different on me. 🙁 I ended up giving it away. I really enjoyed this video. I was cracking up with the Chanel No 5 part. I have a lot of respect for the brand but this scent didn’t work for me as well. I’ll probably revisit the scent in a few years. The popular fragrances that I would probably never buy are FDB Santal Complet and Minuit Et Demi (but I have testers of both), and Dior Ambre Nuit. I totally agree with you on the most part except for la belle although I see your point and somewhat agree on it. I personally tried the Narciso poudrée and oh boy was it a huge disappointment 🤦🏻♀️ it smelled purely animalic to the point of disgust I just didn't get the hype although it might be my nose that picked up that note specifically so it's how it is. Thank you for your honesty, that's why I trust what you say. I kept trying different JPG fragrances but didn't get the hype. It just doesn't jive with my body chemistry either. But that's cool, because our ph's, diet, & all sorts of factors effect our scent & how fragrances work on us. My mom can wear Clinique Happy & smells amazing...I put it on & it's a stink bomb! But thanks for another episode & keep on doing what you do!

I totally agree with you on the Chanel's!! Almost everyone I know that does reviews constantly say how they "love" the heck outta "Chanel No.5" as well as "Coco Chanel". Don’t know if it’s too jasmine heavy for me or what. I really want to like it. Gonna try a couple more things with it before I decide to pass it on. My theory is if a fragrance doesn't work, then it's just not for me. I don't care how many people love it, hype it, buy it etc. There's SO many fragrances on the market that will work without having to layer with other fragrances and do the most.
I see Xerjoff in there. Maaaaaaaan did I struggle with that house. I did end up buying Lira which I love, but most of the others are a bit much for me. Have you tried Lira? It's a gourmand that smells like and Orangesicle in the best possible way.

When you do get it out of the sample bin I'd love to know what you think. It's cool if you hate it, but I think it smells so damn good. =)
I have la belle and I don't reach for it often. it is just okay for me. Scent of a dream-I did a blind buy an immediately returned it. Never again. la vie bell is a no, I gave it to my sister Prada candy-No This one may come as a shocker but Tabit is not doing it for me. I have a LaBelle fragrance that I got last year, when I read the notes it said there’s no patchouli they lied, it’s not bad when I mix it with a vanilla fragrance, but I’d never buy it again. And the rest you mentioned there all a noooooo for me!
Yes! LaBelle has that dirty undertone that smells like body odor to me. I like the pear and the vanilla, but that dirty smell on my skin? No. I use it as a bed spray. They say it’s the vetiver but I’m pretty sure it’s patchouli 🤮

I don’t know most of these I agree with your Chanel # five and those Gucci florals take. Neither one of them does anything but I can’t cosign your John Paul Gaultier take. I have smelled many JPG cents for years and it wasn’t till recently that I purchased my own and despite the fact that I usually wear niche I love JPG. Also I purchased a couple different JPG for my girl including Labelle and honestly I think it smells amazing on her. Obviously I’m not telling you you are wrong but I am saying that I don’t agree with your assessment when it comes to that particular scent but I will concede that or JPG have similar base in the scent so I’m sure you wouldn’t love any of them. With that said I watch all of your videos. I’ve bought a couple different perfumes for my girlfriend specifically actually for Valentine’s Day including call Coco Vanille so I do value your opinion. You know what though… I enjoy these videos because it gives me an idea of the reviewers taste and how it aligns with my own. Because ultimately, yes we watch because we love fragrance but we also watch for purchase recommendations. So just like knowing what your scent profile is based on what you rave about we learn your scent profile is like based on what you can’t stand. Anyone who gets upset about that is childish. I totally did the same. I kept going back to smelling it and walking around, trying to make it last and memorable on my skin, but it faded away in an unpleasant way on me. I just can't force myself to like it as many reviewers keep hyping it up, but I just won't buy it. I'll pass.

You’re you and I’m me, sometimes even with the same likes and dislikes, some scents reacts differently to our body chemistry. i bought HOS Passion de L’amour because I liked how it smelled on the bottle and test strip, but after so many tries, I realized it smelled different on me. 🙁 I ended up giving it away.
I really enjoyed this video. I was cracking up with the Chanel No 5 part. I have a lot of respect for the brand but this scent didn’t work for me as well. I’ll probably revisit the scent in a few years.
The popular fragrances that I would probably never buy are FDB Santal Complet and Minuit Et Demi (but I have testers of both), and Dior Ambre Nuit.

I totally agree with you on the most part except for la belle although I see your point and somewhat agree on it. I personally tried the Narciso poudrée and oh boy was it a huge disappointment 🤦🏻♀️ it smelled purely animalic to the point of disgust I just didn't get the hype although it might be my nose that picked up that note specifically so it's how it is. But that's cool, because our ph's, diet, & all sorts of factors effect our scent & how fragrances work on us. My mom can wear Clinique Happy & smells amazing...I put it on & it's a stink bomb! Thanks for the transparency in the video! I’m going through a situation with Valentino DBR right now. It’s beautiful on paper but gave me a headache when I wore it the first time. Don’t know if it’s too jasmine heavy for me or what. I really want to like it. Gonna try a couple more things with it before I decide to pass it on. My theory is if a fragrance doesn't work, then it's just not for me. I don't care how many people love it, hype it, buy it etc. There's SO many fragrances on the market that will work without having to layer with other fragrances and do the most.

When you do get it out of the sample bin I'd love to know what you think. It's cool if you hate it, but I think it smells so damn good. =)

I have a LaBelle fragrance that I got last year, when I read the notes it said there’s no patchouli they lied, it’s not bad when I mix it with a vanilla fragrance, but I’d never buy it again. And the rest you mentioned there all a noooooo for me!
Yes! LaBelle has that dirty undertone that smells like body odor to me. I like the pear and the vanilla, but that dirty smell on my skin? No. I use it as a bed spray. They say it’s the vetiver but I’m pretty sure it’s patchouli 🤮

Girl, you hit the nail on the head with Chanel! I bought the smallest size of Coco Madamoiselle and I NEVER WEAR THE FRAGRANCE! Why are the "classic Chanel" scents so mature? I don’t know most of these I agree with your Chanel # five and those Gucci florals take. Neither one of them does anything but I can’t cosign your John Paul Gaultier take. I have smelled many JPG cents for years and it wasn’t till recently that I purchased my own and despite the fact that I usually wear niche I love JPG. Also I purchased a couple different JPG for my girl including Labelle and honestly I think it smells amazing on her. Obviously I’m not telling you you are wrong but I am saying that I don’t agree with your assessment when it comes to that particular scent but I will concede that or JPG have similar base in the scent so I’m sure you wouldn’t love any of them.
