My case description was very nice. I don't think they're giving approval to people unless they have an established website/business. My whole project is the emails so I am not going to have a live site before approval.

For Cold email outreach, Amazon SES is not the right platform as it is against their Terms and Conditions. Some people claim that you can send cold emails via Amazon SES, which is incorrect.

This should be done with the main domain as identity verified and before adding more identities?

What to put under Website URL field, if ours is Mobile app (instead of Website) where we are planning to trigger emails through Mobile.
