Dear experts. Just because they wear camouflage doesn't mean they are Indian Army they 1 of 6 central armed police force. SSB is deployed on Indo-Nepal border which is open and peaceful border with no hope of confrontations in near future.Thus, they keep their training basic.secondly it's the newest CAPF raised just few decades back. Lastly, these para military police forces operate from they budget which is left by Army after it acquires it's tech and weapons and these forces don't get adequate of needs fulfilled with the leftover funds.
P.S. Capf's consist of CRPF Cobras,CISF Ninjas,BSF Crocodiles,QRT's,RAF and trust me you don't want to mess with them.

Great use of Rifle as Grenade launcher, helpful in emergency situations, every Soldier should know this, and they are trainees,

That's a SLR rifle it's licenced made FN FAl battle rifle it's in 7.62 x 51 NATO caliber this rifle is not an Insas.
Those Rifle grenades are WW2 Era technology and are very inaccurate they are obsolete.

For English defence experts, this is not indian army , rather it is one among several CENTRAL ARMED POLICE FORCES . So nothing to make fun of it .
No one is an expert here, even self claimed ones, Police or security, they must be well trained to handle weapons even if it’s lathi , gun or missile , doesn’t matter if it’s from 1655 or 2034, there should be trigger discipline, the soldier should know what he is firing, why , where and how, I have seen almost all students in Chinese schools and colleges given better training and discipline. No matter what government , organisations or state, professional training should be given from ground up, well revised retired trainers must be taken in to basic unit or fundamental training.
More than half of our teens from low economic backgrounds are wandering off to miss informations and crimes. If they were given a motive to work for……

@@eraotera the force shown in the video is SSB , their main work is to guard the INDIA - NEPAL border and in that main concerns are law & order, trafficking and drugs supply .. so they are not going to a war with some country. Hence they don't need very high tech weapons . They know their business better than you or anyone laughing over them here.

For those of you who are curious, the SSB stands for Seema Suraksha Bal which literally translates into English as Border Protection Force. SSB is an armed police organization, they are NOT the Indian Army. They are a paramilitary unit under the command of the Home Ministry.
Not paramilitary they are CAPF. PARAMILITARY has officers from Indian military these have officers from IPS.

This is Sashastra Seema Bal, a type of Paramilitary not standing army. A kind of border guarding force and this is basic training. You have to be proficient from basic to advance form of warfare.

Neither this SLR(FN Fal) nor rifle grenades are in service anymore.
UBGLs have already replaced them long ago.
BUT army still gives training of firing rifle grenades.
Insas is also capable of firing rifle grenades but in operation only UBGLs are used.
Another thing that these people are not from army but from SSB.
SSB is just like BSF and ITBP is considered as police force.
Yhis is only trainimg.....we should be having adv..stuff

For those of you who are curious, the SSB stands for Seema Suraksha Bal which literally translates into English as Border Protection Force. SSB is an armed police organization, they are NOT the Indian Army. They are a paramilitary unit under the command of the Home Ministry.Which Only get 6months traning mostly work is just policing and gaurding
