Love this track, remember rinsing it out in the early N20 days. I have the whole record collection (N20, Big Cat Records, Dub Fi Dub, Freeburning Records, Good Fortune Sound, Highest Grade, Judgement, Rid'em), I should get around to uploading fresh copies of every track.
I'm still blown away by it now lol - imo Capital J, Soundmurderer + SK1, and the whole N2O scene pushed jungle as far as it could go without becoming straight-up breakcore. Since tracks from '94 and '95 are constantly being repressed and remastered, I would love to see remastered digital versions of tracks from this era too!
Shit like this was the soundtrack of my life in the late 90s and early 2000s in Toronto! Amazing times that will never come again! So happy I was able to experience it all and live to tell the tale!
As far as Amen rollouts go (like this track), I'd recommend these ones: - Tear Your Head Off www.rolldabeats.com/release/23744/bananas/bana004 - Uppn'Tha'Ante ruclips.net/video/UC_f63Ae9zw/видео.html I only found 'Tear Your Head Off' recently, but it turned out to be one of my favs from him. The RollDaBeats page only had less than 10 or so plays on each track before I found the link lol, classic Buju + Shabba Ranks soundclash vocals over nonstop Amen chopping. Uppn'Tha'Ante is another Amen track in the same style, but instead of soundclash vocals it has an acapella from M.O.P.'s 'Ante Up'. One of the most high-energy tracks to ever get pressed imo. If you want to check out his other stuff, I'd recommend listening to 'Niagara Falls', 'Jackmode', and 'Noize Check' too.
Capital J still plays out live and does weekly livestreams on Twitch. Look him up on there. Still got this energy, though he leans more into jump up, He will dust off the ragga and amens on occasion.

Bro !
Bad bwoy
This takes me back. Big up all N20, Freeburning, Digital Bonbing soldiers!!! What a time to be alive.
I remember first being blown away by this back in 2002. The stuff Capital J and Tester were putting out back then was just hardest stuff available.

16AJ has been crushing it since forever. Even when Tester was putting out really tuff tunes (and beating Krinjah in a soundclash).
went to a parry in Toronto to see 16AJ, Krinjah, Chopstick and Cap. Needless to say it was fire. Ears were ringing the next day
N20 Records/ Freeburning is a mind set. Thats why itll never die
First time I heard this was KJ NYC in June 2003. Nuff said.

Classic n2o
Still my favourite N2O release! Everything they dropped during the early 2000's was great - Rollout Remix, LA To NY, Uppn' Tha' Ante, Championz, etc.
