I can't find it scary knowing that it's not real... maybe because something like this actually happened to me in 2006. I lived alone and found myself having a nightmare about something evil pushing me against the mattress, in the dream I wanted to move to turn on the light but it was as if my body was frozen in place and that something was grabbing mi arms. I remember opening my eyes, there was nothing but for a few seconds my body wouldn't move, the only thing that I could move was my head. It was really scary. Ater a while I told this story to a friend and she told me that it was probably a very vivid dream brought on by stress. At that time I had a lot of dreams about spirits and sometimes I still do but never as scary as that one.
