30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell EMOM Workout [Strength Training / NO REPEAT]

- Tap in with us for another Full Body dumbbell strength workout with an EMOM (every minute on the minute) format. This workout is designed to help you challenge yourself with the amount of weight that you're using with each exercise. We have a recommended amount of reps designated for each exercise so that you get the most out of each interval. We've also included a guide in the intro on how to manage your way through this type of training session. As you progress with this workout over time, we highly recommend tracking the dumbbells that you're using and increasing the load.
DISCLAIMER:
The dumbbells that we use are lighter than what we would use in a normal workout. We film multiple workouts at a time and these weights are manageable enough to demonstrate with proper form. Do NOT hesitate to increase the weight so that you can maximize this training session. We've included what we would normally use for this type of workout below.

Ok!!!! So, I cannot believe I completed this 30 min work in full. It took me a little longer than 30 mins because I was cooking dinner too. Some of the exercises I thought were TOO difficult for me to do, but GUESS what I DID IT!!! I am extremely proud of myself, and this is just the beginning. Great workout! I was finally able to use my 20lb dumbbell, as I only have 1. I've definitely been getting stronger working out with you guys. I've out grown my 10lb dumbbells but I still use them because that's what I have but thank you guys and keep the workouts coming!

Love this workout! Been following your workout for about 2 years now and for the first 4 months (couple with diet), I lost 6kg. And in 1 year, 1 lost 10kg. Now maintaining my weight by working out 3x a week. It will be great if at the end of workouts similar to this, can wrap up with a 3 mins cardio. Thank you!

This workout was truly emon 🥵🥵. It took me until the second group to get myself together and then I could feel the burn. That last group took me out😂😂😂 I had to reduce some reps🤭otherwise thank you so much❤

Just found u guys about a month ago and I love ur dumbell videos.
If I do the full body workouts, how many rest days are needed since I'm not just doing 1 or 2 muscle groups a day. So far I've been doing 2 days full body, 1 day rest then 2 days full body, then 2 days rest and repeat. Thanks!!
