If you pull this song into a sound editor and turn the pitch down by like 9% or something like two or three half tones, it sounds genuinely heart breaking and painful. I do this with lots of my favorite songs to try to juice even more emotion out of them, and this is one song I regret tinkering with. The resulting song is just earth-shattering sadness and it really fucks me up.
@@EsotericHighway your mileage may vary, it might not give you the same results as I had for this track, it's just taste. But pitch changing either up or down definitely transforms many musical pieces out there into something more than the original, with all due respect to the originals of course.
@@Y.M... I used to make music with Ableton. I could see how pitch changing would completely change the timbre and ambience. Experimenting with something as beautiful of this music is a great idea. Have a wonderful day wherever you are in the world my friend...
