料理する人って全部すごいんだけど、特に記憶力が本当に凄い
美味しそう。
丁寧だし、厨房も店内も綺麗。
近くに住んでいたら絶対通っている。
まな板をしっかり洗い流されていたシーンが全てを物語ってるけど、厨房が綺麗。清潔。ご主人の人柄が出ていそう。
お好み焼きを裏返した瞬間、あー好きなやつだと思った。料理の仕上がり図もセンスを感じる。大阪在住だけど、意外にここっていうところがないだけに早速行かせてもらいます。
エンターテイメントだから、TVのカメラが有ると綺麗にしてるかも、、、とかは考え無い系⁉️

I remember when I was younger I used to want to have my own restaurant. After watching so many videos like this I realize just how much prep work goes into places before they even serve the first customer mad respect for them.

I don't think I've ever heard a chef here (at least where I live) talk about the choice of ingredients specifically because it's good for you. That's amazing!

15.6年前まで立売堀で働いてました、その頃にこのお店あったら絶対行ってたなぁ‼️お好み焼きも焼きそばもそれ以外の一品も超美味そうやし、お店の雰囲気も人も最高やねぇ‼️今は本州離れてるので関西に帰ったら是非伺いたいです。

That's the case for every restaurant in Japan. Over there, even fast-food establishments like McDonald's have workers with a level of disciple I've never seen anywhere else.
He is an amazing chef. Using those big heavy knives and cutting so precisely requires a lot of practice and he has mastered that skill. I love the way those grills are set on the table.
I love the idea of the hot plates integrated into the tables and counter.

Yes. I was surprised to see that in the tables. I think it is a great idea, but it wouldn't go in USA. To many safety rules here.
That chef is the hardest working guy I've ever seen - the tempo he keeps up to serve so many people so fast is incredible. I hope he gets well paid for both the quality of his food and his hard work!! Clearly customers love his food and appreciate his flavors! I dont know what all the ingrendients are but I would have tried pretty much everything! LOL

ありがとうございます、屋台はどこまで撮影させてくれるのかぜんぜん分からなかったのですが割と長く撮影できました。ただボカシのかけ方がへたすぎて練習しないとだめですね。

I don't know Okonomiyaki is that good until I have tasted that. It looks simple but is more delicious than expected with the rich flavor and texture from the food. I cooked a lot at home and even guests will appreciate it the same.

@@boojay111 it's Okonomiyaki sauce. There are recipes online or you can buy it online - it's based on worcestershire sauce and it's different from Teriyaki.

The fact that this place opened in a residential area probably just before COVID and is still around proves that the food is good and the price is just right. A nice small place with a big heart with warm feelings.

Really enjoy the fact that it's a basic and small menu, kept clean (although that is mainly due to being a newly opened restaurant as well as the workers maintaining equipment) and overall a nice small and enjoyable place.
Well there are many 10-20yrs old restaurants that looks new opened restaurants
