  • Watch Steve Colburn, Applications Training Specialist at Laser Tech (LTI), show how to perform the Range-Angle LaserGIS method. Utilize azimuth measurements that are immune to magnetic interference, courtesy of Laser Tech's MapStar®️ TruAngle®️ angle encoder.
The Range-Angle method requires a GNSS receiver, a TruPulse rangefinder, a MapStar®️ TruAngle®️ angle encoder, and a tablet with your preferred (TruPulse-integrated) data collection app active. Log your reference point and begin assigning coordinates to assets within sight at a one-shot-per-asset cadence.
LaserGIS®️ is the practice of gathering and assigning offset coordinate data via TruPulse®️ laser rangefinders. Every day, the list of TruPulse integrated mapping & data collection solutions continues to grow. Discover how LaserGIS can increase efficiency and safety in the field: lasertech.com/...
