My biggest problems with this company is customer service it's trash! I contacted them many times about why my Christmas soao order still hasn't shipped when it been more than 5 days I'm either getting no reply or the typical bot reply after i get my x mas soap im done with them

Would you say you changed this order a bit with the New Reformula some of the Bars got this year?
That’s a very good question. It affected the rankings slightly, but a lot of it was just using the bars more often and trying the new LE bars

Is Swamp Dweller a really good bar? I know it’s 2nd. I like wood scent type of bars.
