I just finished this phenomenal new book of fairy tales entitled Sillies, Fancies, and Trifles - it was phenomenal and I think you'd love it. It would go with the lovely recommendations here. Keep up the beautiful videos :)

Whenever i watch a video by you i always end up with atleast 5+ books added to my wishlist 😂
The non-fiction book about a woman who makes a choice not to have children and enjoy a different life than everyone else seems so cool and relatable
And in June i plan to read
the twilight garden it's a cozy book about a community garden that needs a fix up and people from the town working togheter to start planting and harvesting
As someone who loves to garden i think it will be perfect 😊
Hahaha love that! I have certain people I watch that I do the same thing with. I literally have Amazon up at all times, because I'm constantly adding books 😂
Aww I'm going to have to check out The Twilight Garden! I also love gardening (I just started one in my backyard a couple weeks ago). It's so fun to grow food and I LOVE the concept of a community garden ☺️🌱🍅✨

And gardening is the best and so satisfying to watch your hard work pay off + using audiobooks while you pull weeds is reading and makes the chore a bit more fun 🤩
@@jakemoon9532 It's so satisfying! Although I didn't get to enjoy the very first fruit of my labor this year. I had a big juicy strawberry starting to turn red...but then a squirrel took it 😂🍓🐿
And that's such a good idea for weeding! It's the only part of gardening I hate (aside from impatiently waiting for the plants to grow 😋) and I'm due to weed soon. It rained for the last 3 days, so now I've got little weed sprouts EVERYWHERE 😭 lol

Hope you have a great reading month and Ashley Poston's new book sounds so good. Usually for other video ideas I usually use a prompt jar or spin wheel to have my children choose books.

I do the same thing when I watch other people's tbr videos 😂 And you totally should! It's super fun and sometimes it prompts me to pick up a book I wouldn't have otherwise...or reminds me of a book I forgot about 😅 lol
I have made myself some tbr prompts as well, and i'm gonna pick a TBR tomorrow or on friday. Haha.
I also have a spinning wheel with all my tbr and I'm gonna spin one time for extra funsies.

You TBR for June sounds pretty good! Excited to see if you enjoyed these 😊Especially the first book, as someone who also doesn't want kids, that one sounds pretty interesting.
I never create TBRs because my brain simply can't handle them 😂But I know about two books I do wanna read and that is youthjuice and Episode Thirteen. But since you mentioned House of Salt and Sorrows, I kinda wanna read that as well 👀

I feel that, as a mood reader myself. I tried making TBR once and only read 2 books and got myself into a huge reading slump. I learnt my lesson 😅
I've been in a horror mood mostly these days, not sure what it is. And also thrillers 😅But currently reading youthjuice and it's fun - it's weird, won't be for everyone but fun 😅
@@Reinaerys Reading slumps are the worst, and always brought on by either forcing myself to read something, or (more often for me) from ending a book that was so good I don't want to move on 😂
I always like the horror books I read, idk why I don't reach for them more often! That being said, I think Youthjuice could be an interesting summer read, so I'm going to try to make a point to read it this summer☺ ☀🩸📖✨

Agreed! The TBR jar is always a good time 🫙💖 I'm so excited to read Three Dark Crowns. It's been staring me down since I bought, but I've been putting it off as well, because I didn't know if I wanted to get into a series (says the girl who started Throne of Glass this month 😂)

I'm looking to dive into a new epic fantasy series and am torn between "The Licanius Trilogy" by James Islington and "The Faithful and the Fallen" series by John Gwynne. I enjoy rich world-building, complex characters, and intricate plots. Which series do you think I should buy, and why?
