This glitch situation is incredibly frustrating. Some players managed to get free icon packs by exploiting a store glitch, while the rest of us who play fairly got nothing in return. It feels unfair and completely damages trust in the game. EA really needs to address this by compensating everyone equally-maybe a free icon pack or something similar. But as usual, if they don’t take action, it just hurts the in-game economy, fair competition, and makes many players feel ignored. For those who got two icons for the price of one, enjoy it while it lasts. As the saying goes, "Don’t hate the player, hate the game."
