Do note that MERT only covers the most common fixes that are mostly targeted by malware, it's impossible to add every single combo of fix possible. This tool isn't supposed to be a full replacement of your brain.

Meanwhile if I ran NoEscape.exe in Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 after disabling UAC, my laptop doesn't even let any app run in administrative privileges LOL. (Even if it's an official build, the OS is somewhat unstable, which I didn't even realise that having stability issues would let my laptop be more secure, is it even an insider build, I'm confused).

If you didn’t, yes but if you executed it then the virus will run in the background and makes itself a critical process. So you can delete viruses that are not executed. But if you did then use a Windows PE, or reset the computer by using Right Click/Restart, Troubleshoot, reset this pc.
