@@SP-224 Hi! Sorry, I don't actually follow any fixed recipe or measurements so it mostly depends on availability. You choose your proportions according to your preferences. I keep maida quantity a little less and aata and besan can be in equal quantities. Try various different proportions like more atta and less besan and visa versa to see the difference in taste and use whichever your family prefers. Keep suji quantity less its more for crispness only so just a few spoonfuls would be good. I hope the chillas come out good.
