Holy smokes, the right side of Ashen's sofa, who knows what wonders lie on the left side? A chair? A table? An ancient Egyptian Pharaoh's sarcophagus? We may never know...
I had a JXD 7800 as a teen. Got a Steam Deck when those had just come out. We've come real far. From playing a CoD clone from the android store to playing Modern Warfare itself.
Dat boi Who the fuck says "Kiddo" in 2017?! Oh, you must be an old man. Should I get off your lawn, sir? As for your question- I thought the word "Poo" would be funnier. Here. For your adult, sense of humor, pleasure. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit and Shit. Also for the fuck of it. Gastric bypass surgery.
Always happy to see the Neo Geo Pocket Color getting some proper love. That system I swear is one of the best handhelds that most folks just never knew about or got to experience sadly :\
fozzyozzy106 Not it's a pretty shoddy piece of tech all in all. The emulation on it is pretty crap. Would rather just use a PSP if anything by comparison
+ashens to be fair though, Wrath of Heaven for PS2 was pretty good. It kept the spirit of the original but had a variety of nice changes in gameplay, especially getting to play versus with others and playing as Tesshu (sp) who had that neat xray effect when he murdered people with his hands.
I don't know what it is, but these emulation consoles (both good and bad) are some of my favorite of his reviews. They're always so nostalgic, colorful, and lengthy.
My portable emulation machine is the nvidia shield portable. This thing is amazing! It runs almost everything I've tried and it runs most dreamcast games perfectly!
Dylans VitaReviews I wish Sony marketed the Vita more in the US. I saw no ads or commercials for it besides a Taco Bell giveaway -__- My brother has one and it seems so amazing, So much potential. Oh well :/
+Eduard Play I haven't used this device, but the Android PSP emulator I use works quite well on my phone, so I imagine it would work even better on this.
It's funny nearly 8 years ago when this video was first uploaded I thought it was remarkable that Android handhelds were capable of emulating PS1 and N64 and starting to even support Dreamcast somewhat- and now we have the Steam Deck which is fully-capable of emulating Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, and even Switch games.
Note that video is from 2015 where this thing relies on android apps and most of the emulators were pretty much on their infancy here. Now, many of them are much much better, so I assume if Ashens were to remake this review with same exact device maybe results can get slightly better.
+GamingDude800 dont know, haven't used it in ages, you can argue all u want but the n64 emulations are probably the glitchiest but stable emulators lol
To be fair, emulators are only as good as the people actually doing them and I don't think it's fair to hold the system itself responsible for emulators being dodgy. Even on PC, don't expect perfect emulation from absolutely everything.
Paul Dennett So why take it out on the hardware? He seemed to use certain emulators not performing well against the hardware itself, which isn't entirely fair.
+MetroidJunkie2007 Sorry, did you actually _listen_ to, ya know, his WORDS and stuff? He said that the N64 and DC emulators might get better but _as they currently stand_ are flawed, so to get this device for N64 and DC emulation might not be a good idea as there's no guarantee that those Android emulators will be improved. That in no way disses the hardware itself so try to be less of a "reactionary fanboy" in future.
Jamie Williamson A fanboy to what? This specific tablet? I don't even own said tablet so what am I being a fanboy about? Yes, because God forbid I be objective and say it's not the tablet that made those emulators mediocre, thinking critically makes me a fanboy somehow.
But what was it about _the words Ashens used_ that suggests he was in any way dissing the device rather than the emulators? Please tell me, using quotes to back up your point,
For something a bit more portable, the GPD XD works well. It's pretty similar, though maybe slightly more powerful, and jammed into the form factor of a New 3DS.
+Hrothgar it does seem like it maybe more portable.. 5" screen compared to a 7" i have big hands so i think the JDX B model maybe more comfortable.. im not worried about being able to fit in my pocket.. but who knows i think im gonna go with the JDX B, and keep a eye on the GDP if they come down in price may get one :) rock on.
+Chris c: I have big hands, and it works well for me. Prices for the XD and the JXD 7800B are the same, currently. I've not used the 7800B, but it was one I was considering, and looks pretty solid. I will say, the GPD XD's sticks don't rotate, which is nice, and the battery life is significantly better than that of the 7800B. I use it during down time at work, and it'll last through a twelve hour work day and still have about 30% charge left when I get home. Not to say the battery lasts twelve hours, but I'd say it reasonably lasts around eight if you're doing emulation. Although, I do usually play with the sound off, so I don't bother people, and with the wifi off, as there's no open wifi points. Anyway, both seem like decent devices, an are of similar power. If you want a bigger screen, the JXD is the better bet. If you want better portability and battery life, the GPD is a good choice. Although, I've been known to take my goddamned massive Atari Lynx into work with me to play Xybots, which isn't terribly portable, and has abysmal battery life. I dig original hardware, though.
With the JXD, you could use a USB Bluetooth dongle if you get a USB OTG cable, which is one of the uses of the MicroUSB Port (OTG stands for 'On the Go)
Honestly the PSP is the best hand held system to date. So many games, ps1, psp titles and several ps2 ports, not to mention the emulating/homebrew community on the system is still very active and overall the psp is a great system. So many games, and pretty good graphics for its time. 3DS is good I own one, but nintendo has a problem with releasing the same exact content over and over and over with its notorious rehashing. The ps vita is just wasted potential.
I had so much fun with the PSP (mostly because of the homebrew scene with PS1 games and Doom). Only good PSP games themselves imho was the 2 GTA games. The unofficial ports and homebrew etc is what made the system so good.
Yeah what you guys said. I own a PSP Go, I love it alot. I like what the homebrew community does such as making hacks of current mobile games. There is alot of good PS2 games and the emulation on it is great for old school games.
Tremolo Rockstrings I think in the future though the best handheld for emulation would be the dragonbox-pyra whenever that comes out. It should also be powerful enough to handle PSP emulation on it too so it can play some PS2 ports. Only problem is that's gonna cost a fuckload of money (something ridiculous like 500 Euros?) so it's better to get a used PSP off ebay for less than $50
I have a Shield K1 myself which works great. It's effectively the beta Switch without being locked to Nintendo games, with it's HDMI output. Loaded with emulators, Borderlands and Brutal Doom, so that's all you really need from it. The HDMI output is actually really useful for DS games, as you can have one screen on the tv and the other on the tablet. This was great for the Castlevania games where the bottom screen is mainly the map. The controller itself is actually my favourite controller, feels great and responsive in the hands. Shame it doesn't really work on PC.
Honestly.. for about the same price you could just get an old PSP, hack it to run emulators and psp games, plus it would probably be an overall nicer experience so... either that or get a decent windows tablet and use emulators made for windows instead.
One major problem I have using a PSP as for retro game emulation is that the screen is bad: ghosting is apparent due to slow response time, the input lag is too much for platforming games, the colors reproduction is poor, etc. I've tried emulating a lot of things on my PSP but I haven't really enjoyed much of it.
Lux Deluxe I wouldn't really know, I typically use my PC + a controller for emulation, I just thought it would be a nice bonus to have from owning a PSP, because I haven't played any PSP games.
The newest JXDs are superior in most aspects. Performance and screen especially. Plus it's an Android tablet so you can play Android games and do whatever people do on Android.
The PSP is pretty underpowered compared to this one, though. I doubt it can really handle anything more complicated than Mega Drive with that 333Mhz CPU.
JanPospisil42 Yeah but you could also get a cheap $99 windows tablet as an example the HP stream 7 which has arguably the same or better performance and has about the same screen, along with it being cheaper.. that and also windows is generally more useful than android so... aside than those things including a controller, I kinda prefer the aforementioned instead.
For those looking for the Case for this thing: Black Horns 7" case fits perfectly, and holds it firmly. Also, over the year Dreamcast and N64 emulation has gone considerably better (as did PSP emulation). There are few games on N64 that use fog - those are on the buggier side - they work fine if you turn fog emulation off - turning it on gets you slow down in some areas, but games themselves are fine. Concers Bad Fur Day runs very inconsistently though. Dreamcast runs almost all games with no glitches now, after a fair bit of fiddling - I played through Soul Reaver and Skies of Arcadia on it without a hitch. This thing emulates Nintendo DS perfectly as well, even 3D games. PSP emulation is inconsistent - some games run great, others (mostly 3D, like God of War) run like ass, but there is no way to tell whether the game will work or not before you try.
I am pretty sure that this is what the NX is going to be in a Nutshell but it will also have a Cartridge slot for DS and 3DS games as well as Portable NX games.
I actually think its gonna have a cartridge slot for ds and 3ds games, mostly because all of nintendos new consoles has always been compatible with eachother, like the ds, compatible with game boy games, 3ds, compatible with ds games, it just seems more likely.
These videos remind me of my desperate quest as a teen to get good portable n64 emulation, for something that is finally easy now, it used to be a real nightmare
N64 emulators don't work well with anything that doesn't have a good dedicated graphics card. Or rather they work but they have graphical glitches like in Mario 64 shadows and things alike don't show.
***** They rely on a ton of game-specific hacks to make everything run properly. Anything sufficiently obscure or homebrew will be completely unplayable.
UndeadFlygon that game runs at 18fps. also, i'd get stable frame rates on n64 emulation on a motorola defy (a 2010 smartphone weaker than an iphone4 or a galaxy s (the first one))
I think you can avoid the dust if you like take a long shower so the bath room is super moist and steamy then add the screen protector... By then the humidity should keep the dust down... but that just my little hypothesis...
Oh god yes. Nulldc has come along great, especially since it went open source. If you're getting back into it and have the computer to handle them, check out the PS2 and Gamecube emulators.
On the PC you can emulate basically anything before the PS3/360 (You can do the Wii though). Assume android will catch up more as hardware improves, PS2 and the like is still a little rough PC-side.
gosunkugi I will have to check them out. I remember nulldc being "THEE" be all up and comer for dreamcast. I would love to get a ps2 emulator. I have 3 ps2s and only one kind of works so I just don't even bother. Thank you for the info. Computer should be fine. 8 core 3.2 ghz 16 gb 560gtx 2gb with 9tb hdd. was a beast when I made it a couple years ago. Now it is just average. LOL Got to love building something with tech that just comes out to be obsolete before you install your os. LOL
Your PC should be fine for most PS2 games. I think it's mostly CPU dependant (With GPU used for extra upscaling etc) and your CPU is fine. Check out PCSX2.
C64 is NOT an easy emulation. It needs cycle sync, while MD usually runs just fine with frame sync and SNES emulators are all line sync. Plus an analogue filter and mixer on the soundchip, that can get difficult if you're going to emulate ALL the transistors and their distortion. Tekken are evil, they use high-res mode.
Ashens, you should really consider getting a portable console called the Nvidia Shield Portable. It has every feature you want. 4K HD, Bluetooth connectivity, it can run emulators and pc games, no cameras ;), it runs android, it can install .apk files, it's a quad core device, it's basically an xBox controller with a screen on it, it folds over for travel and storage, and much much more. Nvidia doesn't produce these anymore, but they have a new model in production. You could do what I did and buy a used (or brand new one) of Amazon or eBay. Check out the Nvidia website for more info about it. (Also the selling prices usually go for $200-$500)
jxd systems ship with an app called happy chick preinstalled that works as a repository for roms and emulators, i think it's at least partially community run. the n64 emulator on there never gave me visual glitches like the one ashens is using in the video, same goes for the dc emulation. it also comes with psp emulation which is genuinely in pretty poor compatibility, long store short 2d games run fine, 3d games sometimes run fine. roms are just freely available for download. the other thing i feel is worth noting is that nvidia's shield streaming software was reverse engineered and open sourced under the name limelight and you can stream your PC to android, jxd included, with that. the internet connectivity i get here in nz isn't really up to par but in better countries you'd be perfectly able to play pc games on the go if you set up the gamepad controls ahead of time, i tested it with metal gear rising just playing on my own home wifi and was able to play at 60fps with no lag, even with a dualshock 4 plugged in (which worked fine natively ftr). so you can rax harder emulation like ps2 off your pc if you really want to - on that note the s7800b doesn't support 3g natively but the smaller s5800 does, and you can also get 3g dongles working on s7800b. i reckon these things oughta be said for people that are considering buying jxd products for portable emulation etc., a lot of stuff was skimmed over in the video. might also be worth mentioning that although there are about 10 gaming tablets competing for this exact niche, like ireadygo much i5, archos gamepad 2, gpd g7, iben l1 etc., the jxd s7800b is genuinely the best value-for-money system on the market at the moment, at least as far as specs are concerned. i don't own any of the others myself so i can't speak on terms of software, firmware etc. but if you want to play it safe then go for s7800b
Hyderomastgroningem i.imgur.com/fgXXbWa.png comparison chart of the very very loose "current gen" of gaming tablets. the prices on this chart are probably obsolete now, i made this months ago
Blast corps is one of my favourite n64 games too! I was actually a hit surprised that you know or even like this game. many seem to have skipped it back then or just never got into it.
I picked up a 7800B after watching this review. It's good, but the build quality really leaves a lot to be desired, and there's a common issue where the internal WiFi antenna shorts out and you have to either send it in for repair or fix it yourself. Eventually I gave up on it because the battery went, and the charging port was flimsy enough that I couldn't keep it steady while playing. But you might have better luck than me, and I had a great time with old GBA games while it lasted.
I should mention, if you were old school, you would turn ON the pixel blurring. Because CRTs basically blurred pixels themselves. That said I agree, I prefer unblurred as well
Wait, there is more in your house? I thought it was just a wall with a sofa in front of it.

Man, how far we've come lately. Steam deck, aya neo, odin, even cell phones with controller support.
When this video was uploaded, we were still getting crossgen ps3 and xbox 360 games.
Now, with the steam deck we can emulate almost all those games.
Snapdragon 8 gen 2 and 12 GB of ddr5 🙌🏼
Maybe one day he'll review the Steam Deck or Ayn Odin!

This guy must be talented if he can make reviews of mediocre products so entertaining.
phyak hue I thought the same thing back in 2011
Will we ever get a tour of your house Ashens?
We need an "Ashens Museum" ... Plus maybe tickets to watch a live tat review show
The reflective screen is the tour
Alibm80 There already is an "Ashens Museum", they call it "Poundland"...
Ghlargh
sadly there is no poundland in mexico altough that gives me the idea to open a shop called "la tierra del peso"
Hawky Midori And have all of the mexicans spend their entire paycheck at one store?
Holy smokes, the right side of Ashen's sofa, who knows what wonders lie on the left side? A chair? A table? An ancient Egyptian Pharaoh's sarcophagus? We may never know...

Got a Steam Deck when those had just come out.
We've come real far.
From playing a CoD clone from the android store to playing Modern Warfare itself.
Unless it plays Chanticleer Hegemony, I don't give a poo!
Oh god, I laughed too hard at this
Poo
i dont give a shit
Who thw fuck says poo in 2017?
oh sure, you are a kiddo
Dat boi Who the fuck says "Kiddo" in 2017?! Oh, you must be an old man. Should I get off your lawn, sir?
As for your question- I thought the word "Poo" would be funnier. Here. For your adult, sense of humor, pleasure. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit and Shit. Also for the fuck of it. Gastric bypass surgery.
Nintendo Switch prototype?
Joaquin Gaute nope
Joaquin Gaute I knew someone would mention the switch....
Frankie Theoret We now know that nintendo should pay these guys for plagiarizing their product
It does look exactly like the switch
i was gonna post that
pretty sure Ashens' dream consists of playing emulated games on a mystical train journey

Never thought id see you hete
fozzyozzy106 Not it's a pretty shoddy piece of tech all in all. The emulation on it is pretty crap. Would rather just use a PSP if anything by comparison
Neo Geo Pocket Color has the best portable D-pad ever as well... I still play SNK vs. Capcom, and the Metal slugs occasionally on it...
***** You okay there? It seems like you had problem while typing that.
Instant Thumbs Up for Tenchu for PSX.

+Steven Larson my favourite tenchu game is tenchu return from darkness
+Steven Larson I liked Tenchu 2 as well.
+Ryusuta Tenchu 2 had that level editor, right? I remember one of the ps1 games had an editor.
Hijynx87 Yep, that was the one. =)
I don't know what it is, but these emulation consoles (both good and bad) are some of my favorite of his reviews. They're always so nostalgic, colorful, and lengthy.

JXD was ahead of its time honestly
I actually want one of these now
For the emulation? If you want emulators just download them on a pc. if you want portable emulation just use a laptop.
i can't believe ashens got the nintendo switch this early
The damn thing looks like the Nintendo Switch controller.
William Sibo exactly...I came back to this just to say that
My apologies.
it does😂
I came here to post that and then saw you did and now I'm posting this.
William Sibo however the switch is using some next level processors

never mind just checked the price
It's on sale today, also not that expensive for a tablet.

N64 emulation has always been wonky on any platform.
+GamingDude800 still dodgy.

I've had harder time with Saturn then N64. And of course Xbox is basically non-existant.
The Wii u is the only one to emulate it well.
Virtual Console is just paid emulation.
Your videos helped me fight covid with some laughs, love you and your stuff ashens ❤
It’s insane how far these emulation handhelds have come so far as to the point where they emulate even Dreamcast, ps2 and GameCube

JanPospisil42 Yeah but you could also get a cheap $99 windows tablet as an example the HP stream 7 which has arguably the same or better performance and has about the same screen, along with it being cheaper.. that and also windows is generally more useful than android so... aside than those things including a controller, I kinda prefer the aforementioned instead.
as technology gets better and better hopefully ID will port the great grandfather of all FPS games DOOM to phones and tablets
+balthazar werner It was quadruple posted...
Portable Doom has been a thing since the GBA and it's been on iPhone for years.
+SwiftFoxyGamer There's a great version of Doom on Android and I played it on JXD 7800B.
do you just search doom or is there a special thing you have to search for in google play for it to come up?
Look for DOOM by Beloko Games on Android. Take note that it also requires original files from the PC version.
As soon as Super Ghoul's came up we both said "Oh yes" in sync. Insta-liked.
***** Exactly, that's what I said.
I actually think its gonna have a cartridge slot for ds and 3ds games, mostly because all of nintendos new consoles has always been compatible with eachother, like the ds, compatible with game boy games, 3ds, compatible with ds games, it just seems more likely.
disabled marina the nx was announced before you commented this you dumb fuck
"NX" lol the days before the Switch haha
nintendo nx?
this guy saw into the future and made click bait
I think you mean the Nintendo Switch now
Childhood game was Soul Calibur II :) this just made my heart soar haha
Which version did you have?
I had the PS2 Soul Calibur II :)
Nush I had that one too. Heihachi was pretty cool actually.
Demon Rantz true :)
Nush I'm a massive Tekken fan so you can't blame me :)
These videos remind me of my desperate quest as a teen to get good portable n64 emulation, for something that is finally easy now, it used to be a real nightmare

Imagine if the Archos Gamepad was still made today, and came pre-loaded with RAID: Shadow Legends.
You'd probably have a hissy fit.
N64 emulators don't work well with anything that doesn't have a good dedicated graphics card. Or rather they work but they have graphical glitches like in Mario 64 shadows and things alike don't show.
N64 emulation doesn't work well period. Doesn't matter if you have the best computer that money can buy, the actual emulators have severe issues.
What phone do you use? I get a stable 25-30 fps when playing Majora's mask on my galaxy s5
***** They rely on a ton of game-specific hacks to make everything run properly. Anything sufficiently obscure or homebrew will be completely unplayable.
UndeadFlygon
that game runs at 18fps.
also, i'd get stable frame rates on n64 emulation on a motorola defy (a 2010 smartphone weaker than an iphone4 or a galaxy s (the first one))
Henrik Andersson So how come my PSP can emulate it flawlessly?
For 2015 this was epic
My bad wrong version
BUT DOES IT RUN DOOM?
Yea, on PC, 32X, SNES, GBA, and PS1.
I forgot how much I love your personality
I think you can avoid the dust if you like take a long shower so the bath room is super moist and steamy then add the screen protector...
By then the humidity should keep the dust down...
but that just my little hypothesis...
HEY GUYS LOOK, ITS AN EARLY DESIGN FOR THE NINTENDO SWITCH
PSP: Am I a joke to you?
I have not looked into emulation for awhile. I had no clue they finished a dreamcast emulator that works now.
FuYing Bro Hey, most of your pc is still badass to this day... all you need is a graphics card update.
tried ipega? its a good controller for phones and computers
Jacqueline Mallory Summers
Agree
I had a nostalgia overload when I saw Moonstone... I thought I was the only person who knew of it, no-one else remembers it! What fun it was.
Lol. I actually bought a JXD s7800b. Honestly, it was worth the price tag. The happychick emulator service is awesome.
Isn't happychick iOS tried doing it on my iPhone awhile go to no avail
C64 is NOT an easy emulation. It needs cycle sync, while MD usually runs just fine with frame sync and SNES emulators are all line sync. Plus an analogue filter and mixer on the soundchip, that can get difficult if you're going to emulate ALL the transistors and their distortion.
Tekken are evil, they use high-res mode.
should review the nvidia shield k1
Yes
I have one
phone can run San Andreas perfectly at 58fps trys to run PSP game phone exploded producing 4 fps ;(
+Peter Griffin welcome to emulation
it's because GTA:SA mobile is actually optimized
+Wim Lex ik right

HAPPY MILLION ASHENS!
(Also the selling prices usually go for $200-$500)
I love no bullshit reviews. 1 sub
This looks like the Nintendo switch.....
The first one doesn't, but the second one looks a lot like it.
Shut the fuck up, it's just a tablet with gamepad controls
Seal the Deal Nintendo switch
Namburi aditya sairam actually, the Nintendo Switch looks like it.
Just wanted to say that! This shit came before that switch thingy
Is the Nintendo switch the reason you linked to this video at the end of the lootcrate video? :P
jxd systems ship with an app called happy chick preinstalled that works as a repository for roms and emulators, i think it's at least partially community run. the n64 emulator on there never gave me visual glitches like the one ashens is using in the video, same goes for the dc emulation. it also comes with psp emulation which is genuinely in pretty poor compatibility, long store short 2d games run fine, 3d games sometimes run fine. roms are just freely available for download.
the other thing i feel is worth noting is that nvidia's shield streaming software was reverse engineered and open sourced under the name limelight and you can stream your PC to android, jxd included, with that. the internet connectivity i get here in nz isn't really up to par but in better countries you'd be perfectly able to play pc games on the go if you set up the gamepad controls ahead of time, i tested it with metal gear rising just playing on my own home wifi and was able to play at 60fps with no lag, even with a dualshock 4 plugged in (which worked fine natively ftr). so you can rax harder emulation like ps2 off your pc if you really want to - on that note the s7800b doesn't support 3g natively but the smaller s5800 does, and you can also get 3g dongles working on s7800b.
i reckon these things oughta be said for people that are considering buying jxd products for portable emulation etc., a lot of stuff was skimmed over in the video. might also be worth mentioning that although there are about 10 gaming tablets competing for this exact niche, like ireadygo much i5, archos gamepad 2, gpd g7, iben l1 etc., the jxd s7800b is genuinely the best value-for-money system on the market at the moment, at least as far as specs are concerned. i don't own any of the others myself so i can't speak on terms of software, firmware etc. but if you want to play it safe then go for s7800b

comparison chart of the very very loose "current gen" of gaming tablets. the prices on this chart are probably obsolete now, i made this months ago
Blast corps is one of my favourite n64 games too! I was actually a hit surprised that you know or even like this game. many seem to have skipped it back then or just never got into it.
But the real question is: WHEN WILL GRANDE GRANDE GET HIS 200 PESOS?!?!
unsubscribed
How the fuck Big Cheese trolls showed up in an Ashens video is beyond me.
Grande Queso could've bought one of these if he had $200. (KIDDING)
***** I couldn't believe it either, so I thought I'd contribute.
***** The hell is this about?
Early prototype of Nintendo Switch.
the og switch.
So it's a Wii U gamepad and a Switch combined.
Sweet.
I think that spec-ops soldier on the front of the box is actually from one of Gameloft's Modern Combat games.
+A Somewhat Amused British Guy Indeed-y, it's from Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour.
Looks like the Nintendo switch
For a second I thought that was a Nintendo Switch!
I wish we can have 2 videos a week 😊
Cure Optimism This guy has the right idea people.
Cure Optimism haha thats awesome
Give him a rock and then see what he would do with it.
Richard Phist "Bloody hell, this rock's MASSIVE! How am I supposed to focus this in the camera....?"
Even when behind the camera Stewart always wears dress shirts. Classy lad
I love how he has the Gamechild poster on his wall, even though in my opinion, that's an awful likeness of Ashen.
The video is 20:16 minutes long 0.0
i was wondering how many people saw that and there jsut one. good on ya mate. we da bruddahs
Ayyeee the video is 20:16 long..whos watching in 2016??!!
yo
Me ima get a gdp q9 psv
Its faster than the 7800b and and cause gdp has mic but not jxd s7800b
I'm watching in 3016 ,this tablet is practically a baby's toy now.
Pretty sure some idiots will call this a "switch rip off"
It's amazing how these people also made one of the original pop stations
I picked up a 7800B after watching this review. It's good, but the build quality really leaves a lot to be desired, and there's a common issue where the internal WiFi antenna shorts out and you have to either send it in for repair or fix it yourself. Eventually I gave up on it because the battery went, and the charging port was flimsy enough that I couldn't keep it steady while playing. But you might have better luck than me, and I had a great time with old GBA games while it lasted.
i see where nintendo got their idea from
I came here expecting something about the Nintendo Switch.
remember when these were cool?
FYI the JXD 7800A (shown here) is 1GHz quad core processor. The JXD 7800B has a 1.6GHz quad core processor!
I should mention, if you were old school, you would turn ON the pixel blurring. Because CRTs basically blurred pixels themselves.
That said I agree, I prefer unblurred as well
