- Hell March - Vietnam Armed Forces parade in 2015 to celebrate 70th year of independence.
As a Chinese veteran, I salute to Vietnam military service members. They are fearless and tough. The major General of the group army where I served was a survivor of China-Vietnam war during 1980s. Even our division equipped with far better arms and more sufficient supplies, the division still suffer heavy loss and casualties.
But now land boarders dispute been settled between China and Vietnam. Its an era of peace and cooperation. Best wishes from China!
Defeated Mongolian, Chinese, Japanese, French, American and Communist China, liberated Cambodia from the pig Pol Pot and now Vietnam Is one of the greatest economies. No more to say, Vietnam Is the chadest Army in the world. Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷

@@firedup692 Vietnam now no longer has a resistance force, because this is peacetime now, and the militia was the first local fighting unit when the war begin, then the main military forces.
Actually, in VN. They call it "Học viện Hải Quân" not "trường sĩ quan Hải Quân". They also call "học viện biên phòng" and " học viện phòng không-không quân" not "trường sĩ quan"

You have to know your statement is stupid and false. I actually have a lot of respect and appreciation for the Vietnamese people. Nevertheless, the US had the power in its hands to reduce Indo-China to cinders in a short time. The Vietnamese "won" their wars b/c the big nations they fought restricted themselves. You do understand that reality, right?
I might also add. The US had the ability to project power across the entire Pacific Ocean. It had complete naval and air superiority over Vietnam. Never were the Vietnamese able to the same. They only projected power on their neighbors...Laos and Cambodia. Of course, they had China to back them up. They won the war b/c the US allowed them to. That's a truthful statement.

@@topgeardel Don’t forget Russia, they were supplying Vietnam with ammo and equipments. The US did try to erase Vietnam. They were dropping bombs and agent orange, destroying all the land and surround habitat. You gotta understand, you win by making the other side submit. Never did the Vietnamese surrender. The US fail to achieve their objective so therefore they lost. Go check out the US evacuatiNg from Saigon, that don’t look like a winner to me. I know it’s kinda hard to accept how they can’t beat a small country but you just had to be in the war to understand.
@@N20-l1u I actually agree with what you have said. All I was saying was the fact that the US had much more raw power to use...but it was restricted. So yes, the Vietnamese won fair and square. Not taking anything from them. But if the Vietnamese had tactical nuclear field weapons....would they have used them? I'm not saying "yes"...but I'm not going to say "no" either.
