Even with location with loctite and a wheeler torque driver i have had 3 Holosuns come off while shooting. One of those the threads stripped. I moved over to trijicon after that. Yes they are expensive but I use my gun for work so I cannot have any chance of issue.

lmaoo bro my red dot did the same shit at the range on my dagger. Make sure you use the right screws even with loctite mine were falling out.

Your dagger full size slide is outrunning the mag spring may need to change mags

Same thing happened to me..chinesium bolts sheared off. Got a new slide and got some American made bolts...no issues
Best thing I added to my training gear is a shot timer…trust me G it helps tremendously
They make some after-market screws better quality not from China
