In P. 5:11 it says something about how to take refuge in Him be glad, because they are protected by Him. They who love His name may rejoice in Him.

In a grander context, Psalm 5 is a lament petitioning the Lord in the midst of distress (specifically established in chapters 3-4) caused by the evil speech of the psalmists enemies. However, the psalmist also expresses trust in the Lord's protection despite the circumstance.
