Hello. See - the baseline measurements do not hold absolute value. And beyond a stage I am not sure if it can completely disappear without any intervention. Please don't. Varicocele is a completely treatable condition. Even if lifestyle alone is not correcting it, embolization or microsurgery can. So, plz don't worry so much. Just see a specialist near you and get it treated.
I trunk style boxers and not v shape, V shape are very uncomfortable for me. I have very mild case of right side varicocele who b ver rarely gets big in size randomly. I have only felt tender and dull ache omce before this like a month a ago. About a year ago i first time experienced very sudden intense right testicle pain which looked like torsion a lot bit it wasn't away in a day and i had veiny area for few days than.

sir i've grade 3 Bilateral varicocele(left testicle), but doctor said no need of surgery/treatment as i've less pain( pain comes only when I sit long hours for study). he only suggested precautions, and in ultrasound there's no abnormality in testicles, so it's right or i've to go for treatment and can it affect in future.

I have bilateral flexes.. Right side grade4 and left side 2-3.. But i have pain and symptoms in left side with bulging vein and dull pain on lower stomach.. Also dull feeling under the scotrum (fleshy part -left side )
After semen analysis my doctor said no to surgery until i get married. ( actually iam not planning to marry 😂.. Please do confirm if I can do light weight training with varicocele? Light means very light.
1) First start with pelvic and core exercises or yoga. Under guidance and with scrotal support.
2) Cardio is good for lymphatic drainage.
3) Finally you may start light weight training. But after approval from a urologist. Under fitness guidance. And with scrotal support.
Thank you for your guidance Dr. I have small reducible ingunial hernia (left side) and dr. Told me you can take your time for surgery. And after 15 days I diagnosed with left acute epididymitis & prominent left testicular veins . After treatment o back to normal and still my hernia surgery is due bcs I don't fell any problem in this (hernia dikhta hi ni h only when I lift weight) but sir I see my left veins are little big .
