Another re-work of a classic Rose Royce tune. RR has a fantastic list of records that are still being appreciated today 40+ years after their original release. This is a great version having said all that!!
Once in a while, someone comes up with a re-definition of groove. We have this very situation going on here. What an arrangement, the orchestra is totally on point. And can we have a moment for the bass player, the lines are simple beyond everything! A salute to the team involved and congratulations everybody who is able to enjoy this track and resonate on the musicality it brings.
