As for example, you have bought a PC with graphics card two years ago but the same graphics card may not compatible with latest games. In this scenario, if you update your Graphics Card Driver the problem may fixed.

have you checked whether driver update is on or off. If it is on ON means there might be problem with your system registry. Try to reinstall OS.

Atleast are you able to access internet from your mobile thetering. Then you can easily use driver identifier and download drivers
