    I don't understand Probability and Impact, Could you explain how to get the values in Probability and Impact, or can you give a link that have my question ? Thanks .

      Hi, both probability and impact are rated based on their intensity, the higher the rating the higher the probability or the cost of impact. In the meantime, an impact rating of 4 might mean $1000 in one project and $200 in another project. It’s more about the size of the project in terms of cost, scope, or time. They are usually set by project teams in organizations. I hope this responds to your question. Thanks!
