Unsolicited advice. Stop giving advice to people who don’t ask for it. Know when to not give advice. I know it’s tempting to step in when you know the answer. You want to help people. But sometimes giving advice is a waste of time. Know when its good to step in a and speak up but also be aware that some people won’t benefit from hearing it.
This is why you shouldn’t always give advice to people.

Great tip! Yeah, usually the people who need advice either don't ask for it and don't want your advice. Those are the most foolish people.
