I was told by my father that mental health has been a problem in my family. After being bullied at work and having a mental breakdown, where i almost took my life, I sought out the help of a psychologist. She is helping me to overcome and learn about what has happened to me. I just had this come up in my feed. I've heard all of this before but not in one reading. I would like to know how to tune into all those animals, id probably never be human if I can really do that. I have dealt with so much loss it's crazy..The latest is my oldest son and he is who I will find the answers for. He's probably the key to everything. How interesting! I just stumbled upon this video and you’ve spoke on a few things about me & then you pull out the Shaman stones. I was gifted these stones in 2019, I’m training as a Shaman and so of course I brought these into ceremony for the first time. I held them in each hand while in meditation, once I got to an altered state, they spoke to me. One had feminine energy and the other masculine, they showed me how to use them as a healing tool, to weigh a patient’s positive & negative energy. They also told me to rotate them in one hand and the sound that is made is of universal creation, so I laughed when you started doing it! It is correct that Shaman’s suck out heavy energy out of a patient & then purge it out. The forest has been calling me recently, I must go! I have been desperately trying to get back to the forest. When I fell at the end of August it took me two weeks to realize the gravity of the situation. I fell head first 8’, landing on my face, and fracturing my orbital in two places, dislocating my jaw. Surgery reset my jaw, and I’ve been basically bedridden for weeks now with back and neck pain that I’m finally getting treatment for. I broke away last week to run to the mountains and get some drone shots of the first snows with October’s leaves. An hour and a half after leaving, my truck breaks down. I just got it back today, $1600 later (water pump), but now I have physical therapy scheduled 3x/week for the next 6 weeks. So the most I’ll get to go is between Friday morning and Monday afternoon, which isn’t bad, but I swear if it wasn’t for PT I’d never come back. PT is important to me because snowboarding season is fast approaching and I’m not confident that I’ll be able to participate with the way I’m feeling now. Finally, I’ve been an electrician for 20 years and I’m journeyman licensed in 3 states, and since I’m not working, I’ve been studying to take my master electrician exam. I vibed with everything you said, but the part about leveling up through knowledge and leaving a legacy of teaching and service through continuing practicing my craft really resonated with me. I was told by my father that mental health has been a problem in my family.
After being bullied at work and having a mental breakdown, where i almost took my life, I sought out the help of a psychologist. She is helping me to overcome and learn about what has happened to me. Maybe I broke my family's generational struggle by seeking out this help.

Literally had a vision of me purging the pain from someone’s body. I just had this come up in my feed. I've heard all of this before but not in one reading. I would like to know how to tune into all those animals, id probably never be human if I can really do that. I have dealt with so much loss it's crazy..The latest is my oldest son and he is who I will find the answers for. He's probably the key to everything. How interesting! I just stumbled upon this video and you’ve spoke on a few things about me & then you pull out the Shaman stones.
I was gifted these stones in 2019, I’m training as a Shaman and so of course I brought these into ceremony for the first time. I held them in each hand while in meditation, once I got to an altered state, they spoke to me. One had feminine energy and the other masculine, they showed me how to use them as a healing tool, to weigh a patient’s positive & negative energy. They also told me to rotate them in one hand and the sound that is made is of universal creation, so I laughed when you started doing it!
It is correct that Shaman’s suck out heavy energy out of a patient & then purge it out.

I have been desperately trying to get back to the forest. When I fell at the end of August it took me two weeks to realize the gravity of the situation. I fell head first 8’, landing on my face, and fracturing my orbital in two places, dislocating my jaw. Surgery reset my jaw, and I’ve been basically bedridden for weeks now with back and neck pain that I’m finally getting treatment for. I broke away last week to run to the mountains and get some drone shots of the first snows with October’s leaves. An hour and a half after leaving, my truck breaks down. I just got it back today, $1600 later (water pump), but now I have physical therapy scheduled 3x/week for the next 6 weeks. So the most I’ll get to go is between Friday morning and Monday afternoon, which isn’t bad, but I swear if it wasn’t for PT I’d never come back. PT is important to me because snowboarding season is fast approaching and I’m not confident that I’ll be able to participate with the way I’m feeling now. Finally, I’ve been an electrician for 20 years and I’m journeyman licensed in 3 states, and since I’m not working, I’ve been studying to take my master electrician exam. I vibed with everything you said, but the part about leveling up through knowledge and leaving a legacy of teaching and service through continuing practicing my craft really resonated with me.
