INGREDIENTS for 2:
50ml Extra virgin olive oil
250g Minced meat (mixture of pork and beef)
1 clove of garlic
1/2 glass of beer (or white wine)
50g approx. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
200ml cooking cream
250g of macaroni (Rigatoni)
Salt and black pepper
Oregano
