While OBC NCL certificate issued by state government then why a seperate income certificate required. As per DOPT OM of 1993 , Group B, C, D govt servant salary and agreculture income will not considered for creamylayer. Then how DU ask for income certificate. It is violation of Govt OM. Please read this OM and confirm With DU authority then make a video. Please do not confuse OBC aspirants. I have already lodge a complaint regarding seeking of income certificate by DU in circular dated 16 May 23, in National commision of Bacword Class.
