Fizz bro. Like the first song wifey I forgot all about hearing that song back in high school somehow and wondering why wasn’t it out. The piano part is what caught my attention
Beyond me why this song did not end up on Blurred Lines. I forced it on there on a CDR anyway after purchasing the album lol. The album needed that groove.
I have this entire list looped when I am at work. My favorites are "Want You To Know", "Another Life", "Til The Morning", and "House Party". Thank you for this!
I’m glad I had a chance as a studio intern at Hovercraft Studios in VB for the summer of 2001. I learned a lot from there work ethic. Some of these I haven’t heard since then. Salute 💯
Certified was a certifiable No.1 candidate. Yet, Number One with Kanye West was literally worthy of the same spot and finished at like 73 or something. Pharrell is a dichotomy of an artist because some of his songs would get top spot if sung by a white artist, where others would get the same artist mocked for being "tinny". 'Wifey' would get Justin Timberlake No.1 in the 2000s in any given week. Guaranteed. On the other hand, 'Angel', which I think is a banger, would be accused of being unfocused tinny nonsense if even Robin Thicke released it. The song actually benefits from an indie singer such as Pharrell heading the piece. I think if he gave Anderson Paak a few melodies, he could produce a few more top hits.
Does anyone remember Vanessa Marquez in the charts? 'Want you to Know' feels like a top 3 hit and yet just dustbinned? 'Another Life' is the best Robin Thicke song I ever heard. It not being released is evidence of the Matrix. They wanted him to be famous for the Blurred Lines song. Every artist that makes it big is a packaged vessel when all is said and done.
These guys are undeniably talented, their sound is like no other, and their abstract way of arranging music is out of this world! #Neptunes #the closest thing to actually seeing music! #🖖🏿
Damn man I love Pharrell and the Neptunes sound I wish I would’ve heard these tracks years ago. I would’ve been playing them to death thank you for posting them. I don’t know why these didn’t get out properly. All hits!! And if the Usher songs was for MJ I really wish he would’ve been alive to record them, they are so much a Micheal feel. The album would’ve been a smash hit !! They still slap in 2023 !!! Yes I got new vibes to ride too.
It's because they had alot of projects and it couldn't be released in time due to big collabs they did. Apparently there is still alot of unreleased materials in the volt
Boi what!! My head hurts with all this nostalgia! Usher and Pharrell were in their bag in the early 2000s lol. I remember being in high school hearing wifey. Then, Midnight Hour the last song is probably the best produced song by Pharrell that was never released. Everyone knows Pharrell should have made that beat for himself. You can see how uninterested she was in the video of them making that song up here on RUclips!
Man, thank you so much for the upload. Neptune’s was a playlist to my youth and these unreleased tracks brung back so many great memories. Early 2000s really were it
Can you believe I'm just now just getting hip to This Whole album smh I'm 26 but Pharrell's my favorite producer I'm just Trying to catch up to his excellence
@@TheNgentertainment it really is bro I been intrigued to His sound since a kid I just didn't know enough of his Albums but his hits was always on mtv 😂 So now I'm on it all
there's always a "new" old Neptunes beat I've never heard before.. It's been like this for the past 15 years
I’m convinced these dudes be time traveling 🤣
This is the best thing to ever be posted to youtube
Fizz bro. Like the first song wifey I forgot all about hearing that song back in high school somehow and wondering why wasn’t it out. The piano part is what caught my attention

This is why The Neptunes been impact the different Genre

I will always love that Neptunes sound. I feel like the musical gods tailored it just for me as this is exactly my taste.
my thoughts exactly. That outer space, futuristic, hypnotizing iconic sound.
@@je6698 interstellar intergalactic hence Neptunes nostalgic emotional and hot funky and sensual

Vanessa Marquez, Natasha Ramos, and Latrelle deserved more
Big facts. Latrelle became a background singer for Pharrell during the Happy/GIRL era if I’m not mistaken That was good to see
@@BruhBroham2001 yeah she did
I wish I could be a fly on the wall during those 8701 sessions. Any session during that time honestly lol.
Amen lol 👏👏👏
I miss The Neptunes Era

That Vanessa Marquez "Want You To Know" is my jam. #neptunesforever
It is, but it's also not produced by the Neptunes lol
Yes!!!
That is definitely my favorite on here!
Sad, I couldn’t find that one on Spotify! I like that one as well
@@bladebrown4191 Who produced it ? and what is the evidence ?

They really are. It sucks she didn't blow up, she had sooo much potential to make it to the top 💔

the neptunes are a huge inspiration, there beat making is insane!
We need more of this today . Like Right now the closest is Tyler with the vibe from Pharrell

house party was released and had a whole video that debuted on 106 & park, sadly it just didn't top the charts like it should have.

I used to have Vanessa Marquez's Keep On Asking as my MySpace profile song. Loved it then and love it now💞✨
Usher should have kept ALL of those songs and released them….
