Having had Several Heart Attacks and Plates and Screws Inserted into my arms due to Motor Cycle Accidents, I can say that the Pain of Kidney Stones, does Not come close to the what I have mentioned. Literally was the most pain ive ever felt, and ive had my finger chopped off, and also had bacterial meningitis. Imagine 1000 rusty drill bits rotating in all of your internal organs and scraping their way slowly past every nerve in your body, and drag that out over the period of two years, add to that the brief repsite of a few days and then the return of it, add the acidic burn to your urinary tubes and the additonal discomfort, add sleep depravation and feeling sick because you cant sleep, and acid reflux, add hunger because you cant eat because youre in too much pain but your body cries out for food, add not being able to lie down or sit, you have to stand up and keep moving to distract for the pain. THE worst illness known to man in my humble opinion on a pain level. ~Edit -The only cure I found that stopped the stones was drinking coke, not a lot, maybe a can every few days, something in the coke dissolves the stones appharently, hopefully that might help someone.
I went to the doctor and his diagnosis is acute kidney stones but even if its acute i always feel nauseous and having pain everyday in my back and groin. I feel so weak everyday i don know why :(
Let me give you a tip! I dealt with a kidney stone in September of 2022 and it was the worst pain I ever experienced. Not because it’s unbearable, but because it’s never ending. It’s a constant flow of horrible pain. During the first night of dealing with the stone I suffered greatly. I couldn’t sleep or even sit still without the horrible pain making me worried that I may be possibly dying. I would easy get dizzy and light headed because of how extreme the pain is. Overtime I found a home remedy. Whenever the pain would come back and I could tolerate it no longer, I would step into the shower for about 20 minutes and let the hot water just hit my kidney. By that time my kidney would start numbing and I would no longer feel the pain. When I was good, I would go lay down and try to sleep. When the pain came back and I would wake up in the middle of the night, I would do the same thing. Shower, numb, sleep. Keep doing this over and over and trust me, it will make your experience a lot easier! Even more important than this is to drink lots of water and to stay CALM. Panic can set in real fast making your situation MUCH worse.

Last year I had a 16 and 10 and had to get a stint in my kidneys for a month, I accidentally pulled out the stint by the string at home when I was wiping from using the bathroom, it was so scary and the stone pains were dehabilitating and had me stuck and I couldn't even move, it hurt Soooooo bad and I've given birth 5 times and it was as painful UPDATE: I went into the emergency room last Tuesday and found out I have another 15mm,but they said it's different from my last ones and they don't know what it is, so they put a stent in my kidney and said they broke up the stone and sent me home, Friday night I was hurting so bad that I thought something was wrong, so I went to the emergency room and they didntests and said that the stone didn't break up, so I still have the stone and stent ontop of it, it hurts so bad it's literally making me sick 🤢 and the doctors are refusing to help me manage the pain, and won't let me come in and see them until the 31st. They told me April 14th,but then they called me back and said they didn't realize I was a patient, so they told me the 31st. I called and left a message and they won't call me back, they say on their recording, that if you call more than once they will take longer to call back, so I'm literally stuck here wondering what's going on, because the appointment scheduler told me my doctor is out of town and don't know when he will be back. When I went to the hospital Friday night I was trying to explain to them how I was feeling and that I was in pain, they even agreed with me and said its the most painful thing they've ever experienced and their patients agree aswell, but when I told them that the 5mg hydrocodone wasn't even touching the pain, they acted like I was there doctor shopping or something and told me that they don't have anything stronger than that when I had literally just heard him tell another patient that had a sprained ankle that we was going to prescribe some strong medecine like Percocet or oxycodone to the patient but he refused it. I would think that having a 15mm kidney stone with a kidney stent ontop of it would qualify for atleast a conversation from one of the nurses or doctor at some point. I went onto my doctor's webpage and seen he went from 5 stars to 3.5 a d everyone is complaining now, but now it's too late, he's already started procedures on me and left me like this to hurt. SMH... I believe people misusing medecines, made doctors shy of helping those that need it, and that's completely wrong. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do until my appointment on the 31st??
I had a similar experience with doctors, I was literally jumping form doctor to doctor until I final found a doctor who was a specialist in liver which was the source of my problem If anything I would suggest finding someone who is qualified and a kidney specialist but well know by people you can trust

okay, so the weekend before last I had a fever. a day after my fever went down, it stung when I went to pee.. so I went to the doctor and gave a Urine Sample but they found no signs of an infection.. I was put on medication anyway for the pain (which turns my pee orange) but had a blockage this morning. no pain just a blockage.. Yesterday I didn't have a blockage or the day before, but 3 days ago I did.. it's like it comes and goes. Take a Ultrasound KUB Scan and see. And confirm the stones before treatment. It can be due to Urinary Tract Infections also. So better you take the Ultrasound.
I thought that too just went home to pass it. It ended up getting stuck and caused kidney sepsis which led to blood sepsis. All this in 2 days. I almost died.

I thought that too just went home to pass it. It ended up getting stuck and caused kidney sepsis which led to blood sepsis. All this in 2 days. I almost died.
