Because I like them all, including the ones below in the 20-24 section. The ones that outrank them either amaze me more or it is simply because their football team has achieved more history in my personal opinion.
@@romencasaresbello1208 yeah yo be fair I did think about that. But I’m sorry you just can’t have 3 stands in the championship 😆, but I do like the Kassam
Comments on each ground are just the right length but if you plan to review and compare any things at all try to prepare a list of different adjectives you intend to use in your descriptions. Just using ‘nice’ all the time, even if it’s prefaced with really or quite, doesn’t do your video justice. Re view your video and count how many times you use it. You’ll be shocked at how it begins to grate.
Hilsborough hasn’t been modernised for 30years or more, I’d agree it’s got potential, but it’s miles behind Bramall lane, it’s also questionable if it’s better than Elland rd too.
You might want to adjust the capacity of the Rust Bucket Death Trap....no longer 39k sections of the ground are condemned and closed permanently so capacity is around 34k.
I can't belive your top 4. Also basing your opinion on history and fans etc. Your video says best stadiums, anyone looking at this bias to your team aside the 2 best stadiums are in the North east. Not extended semi pro style grounds/garden sheds. Suppose it creates good banter though
In the past 2 years they’re properly done it up, more than just a lick of paint, It’s in the best condition it ever has been right now, they invested around £15,000,000 and completely re terraced the Milton end, south and north stand, they’ve also got a new tv gantry on the south stand too
Hillsborough wouldn’t even be in my top 10. In a very poor state and in desperate need of repair. Limited views in many parts of the ground and an average atmosphere. Top 3 for me would be Elland Road, Stadium of Light and Bramall Lane
I have to agree i'm a Blade and Coventrys stadium should be in the top 3,the away sections concourse is very spacious, unlike the away end at swfc which is a cramped scruffy shit hole.
Not my favourite I have to say. The actual stadium itself is pretty decent my gripe is with it's location. As someone who goes to away games on Public Transport I found it a nightmare. Couldn't use the train station outside the ground and no dedicated match day bus service from Coventry to the ground meaning it took well over an hour to get back to the city centre and ended up missing my coach home as a result. There's definitely plenty worse though.
Not sure how stadiums that still have roof supports, restricted viewing and symmetrical flaws (e.g. 3x moderns stands + one old knackered one) can be more pleasing to the eye than fully modernised stadiums. I've never considered the two Sheffield stadiums to be characterful. Just old & ugly looking, and that dates back to the 1980s when they were used for FA cup semi-finals. Ewood Park & Turf Moor look like unfinished projects, while the Kassam, as you rightly point out, is plain daft and deserves to be 24th.
I would agree with everything but what id change is wba, i dont like the hawthorns at all, no hate but its dull, the foods awful, no atmos, bit overrated. Only thing i would say os good about it is that its right by the motorway so its quicker getting back to plym. Apart from that great vid agree with everything!
@@pilgrim789 yeah that’s fair enough. I just think it’s a nice looking stadium, and from what I’ve seen decent atmosphere, but completely get your point. Thanks for the comment 💙
How can Luton be anywhere but last place. its not character its just a shit hole,
Luton is the worse by a mile, your list is very odd
As someone who also prefers rickety old dumps with history and character to sterile, soulless modern facilities I like your style.

Well ya clearly a boro fan 😂
The last time Oxford played at this level the ground had 8 separate stands.
Sunderland is probably best - but they have best fans which adds to the experience! Fratton Park, Elland Road and Home Park should be up there!
having three stands is really charming tbf so I can understand you putting Oxford’s kassam stadium in number 1

@@trevormilne3200 yeah that’s fair enough, personally I just think that the historicalness adds to the charm, but those 3 were so hard to rank.
Hillsborough Easily the best. Was chosen over bumall stain for the England World Cup bid. Was always chosen for fa cup semis before the tragedy.
@Wawaw738 but now it's always 2nd best in sheffield and has for some time now

I'm from swansea I wouldn't say we're 23rd on that list. But not to far off. The old vetch field wouldn't beaten any stadium on this list 😢
Would rate Ewood and Home Park higher and Pride Park much lower. Owlerton, Bramall Lane, Deepdale, Turf Moore would be my Top4.
Play up Pompey.
Luton, Watford and a Portsmouth above the cbs arena? All a matter of opinion.
Totally disagree you putting CBS 21st. Everyone else puts it top 5, feel u may have issues with some clubs, especially CCFC
Just my opinion nothing personal mate.
I used to live in portsmouth and tbh i thought fratton park was a shithole

I honestly hate sitting in the away end knowing what happened there. Also it's miles from the city centre.
Coventry 21st what a load of shit

Not so much the looks, but the feeling of tradition and history gives it character. So much more feeling than a ground like the SOL.
Bit like wanting an old black and white telly because it’s full of tradition.
