For the 1st post, u need to clear an additional paper ( tier-2 Paper -3 accounts ) along with tier 1 , tier 2 paper 1 and for 4th post u need not to give an additional exam just clear tier -1 and tier-2 paper -1. Now the post is allotted as per your preference - after clearing tier-1 they ask you your preferred post and rank them accordingly.. if you clear the cutoff marks required for your 1st preference then you are given that post and if you score less.. then they check cut off marks and ur score for ur 2nd preference and so on
