Not sure if this counts, but this channel called McWorks has a character named GOD who has a random chance of appearing in any Sonic media (although he prefers to appear in 2D Sonic games), with the offer of three challenges for a very big prize. Declining the challenges is the safest option when encountering him since apart from GOD leaving, nothing really happens. However, if you accept and manage to beat all three challenges, you will receive an irl grand prize of either something really expensive, or a high amount of your country's currency. Fail the third challenge however, and your soul gets taken and put into a vessel, but unlike most interpretations of the malevolent hedgehog, it isn't all that bad, all things considered. You don't get mutilated in any way (although the main reason is because you'd be less useful to GOD, but I mean, hey, at least you get to keep your limbs. Just don't piss him off, though, as he WILL fuck you up beyond recognition), and he gives you plenty of things to do in your spare time (although it's mostly to keep his victims from rebelling, but hey, at least he's considerate enough to at least think of doing this).
I crave a day for an Exe that's made but looks 1:1 to Sonic from the Adventure Series. No blood. No sharp teeth. Have him look almost identical but with ever so slightly subtle changes that gives you the faintest feeling in your instincts that something is...off. About this guy. Subtlety in horror is a lost art that I feel needs to come back.
One mod that came out called Rodenttrap (Or Sonic Legacy once you play it) might have the thing you're looking for. It's very subtle if you're relaxed enough to not notice small things.
