Hello, recently I started playing fallout 4 with ENB + ENB Reactor and my game was running at a stable 40 fps and 14-18 ms, but I installed mods that broke my game and now I reinstalled fallout 4 again but only with the ENBs without mods my gpu is always at 100% and the game barely stays at 30 fps, the fans start to imitate airplane turbines and the ms go up to 100 ms; Do you know what this could be?
What version do you have since I had the pirated version for a moment and I wasn't doing very well with the enb and its effects, then I bought the goty version and I ran out of some performance problems, it also depends on the enb you use since not all of them they have a good performance and the game put it in medium high graphics not in the max settings
