Zulema was the only one who had immunity, and even tho she lied her ass off on the stand she did testify to some good nuggets of info, enough to help with common sense and reasonable doubt. Thankfully!! But keep in mind that Zulema texted Chad the day Tammy was murdered how wonderful the Lord is that Tammy is gone and now Lori can be his bride. Zulema also willingly married Alex after he murdered 4 people and attempted to murder 2 people within 4 months leading up to the marriage, which they married on Chad & Lori’s orders.

It's what is used to proselytise and evangelise for the church. When that facade is dented, the organization goes into damage control. Now I'm not attacking the Mormons themselves, who as I've said, are generally nice folk, but the organization itself is covered with a pretty curtain - until you pull it back and see how truly ugly it is underneath!

@therealz360z7 Tammy was 49 years old?? That alone should take pause. I think she “profiled” Chad as a good LDS husband and father. 🙄 😡 In 2019, no one just takes the spouse’s word for it. But she did. And probably bc of the religious background.
Then, the police were just at this house 9 days earlier bc a man dressed in all black wearing a ski mask pointed a gun at this lady who is now dead. Reported as Paintball or not, what a factor to consider?? 😱 And had Brenda Dye been neutral or independent in her thinking and just paused bc of Tammy’s age alone, the additional incident 9 days prior would have come up and warranted an investigation.

Listening to the 6 jurors with Nick again was fabulous! I think the public always worries if the jury will care to pay attention or will they just "get it!" Listening to this jury, they were all listening intently, remembering dates and taking lots of notes. They had good common sense- life sense. I'm so grateful to all of them! Even the alternates for sitting thru the whole trial
and not getting a final say in the decisions.
The prosecution also did a wonderful job. They wanted to make sure this case was crystal clear. Not just for the jurors, but to make sure there was not a mistrial.
Judge Boyce mentioned several times that he wanted both prosecution and defense to have their witnesses ready and everything lined up because he didn't want the jury to wait on anybody. He did get angry a couple of times because witnesses hadn't arrived at the court house or hadn't even arrived in Boise!
He's a great judge. The defense did the best job that could done considering. The condescending got really old, but that's expected.
Thank you all for your service! You really did a great job and decided as I would have! Thank you all so much! Thank you for your service!♥️

What stood out to me while listening to your interview was that the jurors picked up on the various inconsistencies, red flags, etc that we could only speculate and hope they were catching. Their comments echoed so many of ours as we were watching the trial! Comments about Chad’s kids, about Chad’s statement in the patrol car, Zulema’s testimony, Garth’s coworkers’ testimony, the prosecutions’ rebuttal witnesses, about the insurance - so many and so on point!!! I’m proud of this jury - and thank them very much for their sacrifice and their service.

Remember to go for councelling if you need it. Especially the lady in the cream top seems like a very empathic person.
    Job well done.

So surreal how one week someone is living their normal life, and the next they’re plucked and put in a jury box in a death penalty trial.

I've followed this case since the beginning. I'm in Ireland. I've appreciated your reporting of such an unfathomable story. You brought a very thoughtful empathy to the people who have suffered under such a dark side of humankind. I hope that Chad's children eventually see the light. They confirm that he has been leading an evil cult. Heather Daybell is one of the strongest women I have seen in modern times. I wish all the many victims much love. Thank you.

I’m not normally a crier, but when Nate first introduced the young man I burst into tears. I don’t know why. Your body just overtakes you sometimes. I think it’s because he looks so young and such a decent young lad and the thought that he had to experience such gruesome stuff and humanity at its worst saddened and overwhelmed me. I hope he and his fellow jurors partake of the professional counselling that they are offered. To see most of them and some of their reasonings kinda helps with closure.
Thank you jurors for your wonderful and thoughtful service to bring justice to Tylee, JJ and Tammy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It never ceases to amaze me how wonderful the juries are and how great they do with the job they have been given. I hope this jury understands that every single guilty and every single yes that they marked was 100% appropriate and proven and being honest and fair and doing the job properly, there was no way to do with anything else but what they did. In my opinion❤

Okay I have to say this I am so grateful that the jury laughed during their breaks. They are smart to let themselves do that. So many people get mad when podcasters are laughing and talking as if we should be somber and depressed every second of every minute of every day while we're chatting about it and nobody can live like that. This jury would have had a horrible time if they the same as all of us who have been invested for years

Such good interviews. I could have listened for hours. Their honesty and perspective was wonderful to hear. For someone who has watched everything I could find since day one, I think we are all just trying to heal from the abuse Chad has afflicted on not only the victims and their families, but on all of us and all of society as a whole for so many years.

What a fabulous group of people! The letter from Nick’s mother was perfect, her character shines through her son. As horrific as these crimes were, knowing the evil it took, Chad and Lori will be forgotten as they rot in prison, Alex is already forgotten. Yet through the process we have witnessed the greatest in humanity. All of the agencies involved in the investigation, the court system, the families of Tylee, JJ and Tammy, the jurors - all amazing humans demonstrating integrity, compassion, truth, honor and justice…Rest in Heaven Tylee, JJ and Tammy 💜𓆩♡𓆪🕊☁️
