It's a community problem. Parents don't watch their kids social media, and no one watches their kids outside, and the classrooms sizes are so big it's really a shame theres not more teachers. More is your answer. More supervision of the things they see on social media. The bullies control the school classrooms; even the teachers cater to them in order to keep the bullies on their side and to get along with those bullies. This occurs every day of the school year.
There always some good kids who will say something especially when it comes to murder everybody isn't a bystander. And heck even if they aren't good kids, kids aren't good at keeping secrets like that. I'm sorry who like this and who might not like it, but I was attacked and cut by a so-called friend after school in the chest, So I told my daughter," Walk with pencils and pens, sharpened in both hands ,to get to each class if she have too ,anybody stopping you from going to class, get to swinging. A fight is a fight, and if the substitute teacher and administrators would have been proactive in detouring these types of issues, then many preexisting conditions, such as negative attitudes, bullying, poor social - conflict resolution skills can be resolved.

Yes ..bullying is very tricky. If schools don't like a parent( for constantly "complaining about their child being bullied) or a child who the school feels is just weak, they will not do a thing. They will have repeated talks with the bullied child's parents but no one talks to the bully.
My son was bullied in Greenville South Carolina. In k5 he came home with his head shaved to the skin in big patches, glue all over his brand new shoes and he had a huge goose egg on his head. 5th grader had beat and bullied him on the bus and shoved him down into the bus seat so the bus driver wouldn't see my son crying. Nothing was done to the bully. He never rode the bus again. Now we live outside of ATL and my son was bullied in 6th grade. He told me at the end of the school year that he wanted to die. He told me the 3 boys begged him to drink bleach and kill himself. Never went back to public school since then. He now goes to a Christian private school and hasn't had one single problem! Society wants to sympathize endlessly with rude, I'll behaved people and make a million excuses for them. Black people do this endlessly. It's time for people to have a no excuse policy. When schools try to hold standards and suspend them or have police in the schools to manage them, we put up a fuss and claim they are picking on "our children". At some point we need to have standards and put behavior and character over color and start being concerned with those of "our children" that know how to act and aren't being a detriment to others.
Also the fact that there was a substitute teacher with the class says alot too. An inexperienced substitute teacher won't know how to manage a classroom. This situation is so sad. The school is wrong for this. They were covering themselves from day one.

Sometimes the family cannot afford a second autopsy, or even a first. We could not afford one for my son...they wanted $2,000 in cash, up front. They said because his heart stopped, and he “died”, in the hospital that Collin Co. was not obligated to order one....so...that took care of that.

If the other girl's parents had come forward with show concern, support orhumble themselves to that mom, I believe things would be much diffent. When my grandson got hurt so bad his chest ached and he reported it the office said there was nothing that could be done, the school nurse wasn't in that day. "Justice" doesn't necessarily imply vengeance. Sometimes just knowing the truth is enough. There has been a shocking lack of transparency here from day one. If the mom still doesn't know everything that happened and how it happened then that in and of itself is an injustice in my opinion.

It's a community problem. Parents don't watch their kids social media, and no one watches their kids outside, and the classrooms sizes are so big it's really a shame theres not more teachers. More is your answer. More supervision of the things they see on social media. School for kids is where the beginning of "REP" starts. Making a place for themselves. students refuse to "snitch" as they themselves call it. For one, they don't want to be the next bullied; second, they want to be part of the "in" group. The bullies control the school classrooms; even the teachers cater to them in order to keep the bullies on their side and to get along with those bullies. This occurs every day of the school year.
But you would think that when it comes to literal murder at least some of them would draw the line where "snitching" is needed.

I'm sorry who like this and who might not like it, but I was attacked and cut by a so-called friend after school in the chest, So I told my daughter," Walk with pencils and pens, sharpened in both hands ,to get to each class if she have too ,anybody stopping you from going to class, get to swinging. Oh yeah, I let the school know, she's doing to protect herself by any means necessary since y'all can't.. we are sincerely praying for Raniya Wright's mom and her family💜💜💜

Apparently, Raniya was having problems with the same girl for a few years in school. The school should've stepped in. This is bullying! I'm curious if this other girl was bullying other girls.
Yes ..bullying is very tricky. If schools don't like a parent( for constantly "complaining about their child being bullied) or a child who the school feels is just weak, they will not do a thing. They will have repeated talks with the bullied child's parents but no one talks to the bully.
My son was bullied in Greenville South Carolina. In k5 he came home with his head shaved to the skin in big patches, glue all over his brand new shoes and he had a huge goose egg on his head. 5th grader had beat and bullied him on the bus and shoved him down into the bus seat so the bus driver wouldn't see my son crying. Nothing was done to the bully. He never rode the bus again. Now we live outside of ATL and my son was bullied in 6th grade. He told me at the end of the school year that he wanted to die. He told me the 3 boys begged him to drink bleach and kill himself. Never went back to public school since then. He now goes to a Christian private school and hasn't had one single problem! These bullies do whatever they want because they continue to get away with it!! 😡
My daughter was bullying in front of the teacher, the teaches was laughter also, disrespectful of us as a parents, first I pray about the issues, my daughter was happening, after I call up the Deans or counselor, I informed him the problems my daughters problems with a student, he told me that he will contact me latter, which he did, he told me that the teaches wasn’t aware of it, I stated that’s I will buy a recording an put it’s in side her 🎒 Submitted TO THE BROAD OF EDUCATION they beg me not to do so the bullying stopped immediately, I hope some one see this poster an it’s will helps someone else, while this was going on my daughter begin to have stomach problems and I couldn’t sleep well, guess what’s this same boy that was bullying my daughter he ask her to date her, instead of my daughter dating him one of her friend did, he broke my daughters friend arm, he got arrested👌🏽🌹🌷💕

When my children were young and in school, I did not tolerate anything like this. I was a regular visitor at their schools. They knew me when I walked in the door. Bullying was a no, no and the teachers and principals knew that. Somebody will get sued

Society wants to sympathize endlessly with rude, I'll behaved people and make a million excuses for them. Black people do this endlessly. It's time for people to have a no excuse policy. When schools try to hold standards and suspend them or have police in the schools to manage them, we put up a fuss and claim they are picking on "our children". At some point we need to have standards and put behavior and character over color and start being concerned with those of "our children" that know how to act and aren't being a detriment to others.
Also the fact that there was a substitute teacher with the class says alot too. An inexperienced substitute teacher won't know how to manage a classroom. This situation is so sad. The school is wrong for this. They were covering themselves from day one.

As a mother of 5 with 4 in the school system and the youngest still a baby, I burst out in tears when the mother said “I want my daughter back”. This hurts! I can’t even imagine what this mother is going through. I hope she gets to the bottom of this.

Sometimes the family cannot afford a second autopsy, or even a first. We could not afford one for my son...they wanted $2,000 in cash, up front. They said because his heart stopped, and he “died”, in the hospital that Collin Co. was not obligated to order one....so...that took care of that.

I don't believe putting more of our kids in jail is the answer. I feel the school really failed Ranya here. Please report bullying online. The schools have to investigate within 24 hours. Talking with teacher or principal via phone is not documented.
When you report it online it still covers the school. This is why most school want to communicate online. You can still call and go by the school and keep your own record of you contacting the school.
Same thing goes on in schools here in Howland. Warren , OH. I am seriously thinking about removing the grandkids from their schools. Harassment from students, in both schools. When my grandson got hurt so bad his chest ached and he reported it the office said there was nothing that could be done, the school nurse wasn't in that day. But my grandson saw the nurse in the school that day. Plus, regardless they should call home to notify the situation to the parents.
