To DO ---- something, however small, to make others happier and better, is the highest ambition, the most elevating hope, which can inspire a human being. This has brought me great joy in a time of great sorrow. Cap'n Rick, Port Of Lewes, Delaware.
Grand time. Please tell the young girl in green on the left that she can dance b’y!! Thanks for this and reminding me of how much I miss Newfoundland music.
Mike, please help! Could you possibly provide me with a slower version of this song if possible. I am trying to teach my beginner class this dance here in the U.S. and it is just way to fast for them to keep up with. I dont have the equipment to slow it down a bit but some ppl do. I would be grateful if you could advise me what I can do. Or maybe another song?
The "Newfie Stomp", while newer than traditional dance in NL, predates line dancing by several decades. Traditional dance in NL was mostly patterned off Irish Country dancing.

The girl in the green top? She's really good isn't she?
@@ursulaamoroso4968 I'd say she's a step dancer in her other life.

put some cowboy boots and a cowboy hat on and you are doing a country line dance
All about the music not the moves!
