So I know that on the smaller monster drop the belt can pop off the track. Does that happen on the big one as well just as much?

@@arcadezombie1975 does the extreme monster drop have lots of problems? Seems like every time I play it it will have some sort of problem with it! I rarely run into one that works correctly the entire time I play it!

@@ericshook9270 main problem i have is the balls will go out of round or ware down, they should be replaced every six months. The side plastics break due to the balls slamming on them, not all the time but keep spare plastic handy. I haven’t had major problem with the game, but i id have one of the turn table start to get worn down by the rollers under it. I will be post that vid soon.

@@arcadezombie1975 a lot of the time when I play the game it will have problems scoring a ball. Like if it goes in the 125 it will give me the 10 beside the 125. I play lots of extreme monster drops and they tend to always have problems giving me the correct value and it gets frustrating because monster drop extreme is my favorite game to play!

@ericshook9270 it’s been a while put I think that sounds like a turntable issue. I think I remember if the table is not going the correct speed the ticket amount will be off. Could be a table motor issue or one of the bottom bearing is stuck and might be slowing the table down. I would call Benchmark, tech support is your friend.

I have the regular monster drops. So since the monster drop extremes are so much taller, howw do you get to the solenoid?

I haven’t had to change that yet. But I would use a ladder probably on the inside of the game on the turn table. Unless there is an access panel on the outside of the game. If you use the ladder inside the game on the turntable make sure you have someone to help hold the table from turning.

I have the same game issues with the balls getting stuck on the ramp I had to shim the right side about 3\8 on an inch so the get away from the belt faster. Now I'm running into the issue with E3 and E4 error bench mark stated I need to put a separate power supply to the card reader. Did you have to do the same thing?

No I didn’t have that issue. I do get E3 and E4 once and while but o just unplug the little board for the tickets and it clears. How often are you getting those errors. I get them maybe 3 times in a month not enough for me to be concerned.

@@arcadezombie1975 every few plays it will error out. I did unplug the emulator board plug it back in but wouldn't last long. I have a new board coming to see if it is just shorted out for some reason. I'm at a loss with it.

Wow every few plays. Replacing the board is a good idea. We run card readers on our games we use CORE Cashless not sure what you are using. I had that issue once with a Slam A Winner no matter what I did it still made the game freak out. So I just ran the power to the card reader to its own plug in a power strip and the game started working normal. I still am not sure why the game is like that and it’s the only game I have that’s like that. Make sure the power supply stack has good voltage it may need adjusting. But changing the emulator is a good start or try to run the power separate from the game just to see if it clears up. Keep me updated on the fix i am very intrigued by this problem. I wish I was there I would love to check it out for myself.
