1. The Sarbanam Talk Show is conducted by Level-wise Coordinator Turn-wise every week i.e.
• 1st Week: +2 Coordinator
• 2nd Week: L/S Level Coordinator
• 3rd Week: P. Level Coordinator
• 4th Week: P.P. Level Coordinator
(Likewise the turn repeats again)
2. The Participants of the show can be: (turnwise)
• Teachers from respective level
• Guardians of the level students
• Students’ Leaders
• Students; Academically Sound, Disciplined, Students from different Groups.

4. Procedure
• Level Coordinator selects the targeted participants.
• Level Coordinator prepares the questionnaire
• Level Coordinator informs the participants about the subject matter, questions for discussion
• Level Coordinator informs the date for the show.
• Level Coordinator starts with the introduction of the program & participants.
• The Program/Show/Conversation should be Comfortable, easy and not compulsory being too formal.
• Level Coordinator informs the IT Teacher minimum a day before taking the show
• IT Teacher manages the place & decoration for the Show, takes the video, edits & make final for upload.
• IT Teacher helps technically for the Show.
