@@elol9025 As much as i know, currently there is 9, out of 84 living members. And that is confirmed ones. 3 of them - Herta, Ruan Mei, and Screwllum are working with VU project. They were trying to invite a one more memeber, one of them was Polka, but that one are didn't answered, cuz according to Herta, she's quite person, and erased almost all traces of her.

I was double checking Blade and his LC, he shouldn't heal your Team normally but he does have a lot of Self Healing, Some blessings from the Abundance path share healing with everyone, some event stages might have healing on follow up attack activation , If it was on the Simulated Universe, there's a blessing that share 30% of healing between all allies, so that could be it, Other than that, not sure , if you give me more info I can check it out :o
@@lightshikari Technically yes, Ruan Mei's skill and Ult give a ton of dmg on their Own, the debuff helps with the % chance of ratio's follow up, breaking an enemy toughness usually means you are at 80% at the very least
Idk if im underestimating but Himeko doesn't really deserve the top 4 spot of genius playable characters imo. Silver Wolf and Welt is most definitely smarter than her
While silver wolf is an extremely talented hacker that seemingly breaks the laws of reality, I do think that himeko fits here considering she’s a famous renowned scientist and engineer on a galaxy wide scale.

Why is Herta idle animation in the battle different?
It's the idle before her turn that's different right? When she gets hit by a dot I think
it's not pure fiction area, second thing is this team not durable at all.
Don't need healers or tanks if you kill the enemy fast enough

Ruan Mei's ultimate applies a debuff and in general breaking the enemy toughness applies a debuff
