How do you track crate and eggs inventory daily? How do you ensure eggs laid daily is correct and no theft is occuring?

You can have an idea of how many eggs your birds should do a day , You can also visit the farm to stay throughout the day so you have an idea of what's achievable per day.
About the theft issue , I really can't say about that as farm Attendant have ways they steal piece of eggs everyday if they are thieves

@@modupemonebi thank you...yes a visit for few days in a row. And egg production will have to be monitored on a 24 hr system e.g. 8am to 8am next day instead of egg production during work hours...

It's really not about preference for me , it's about available.
The brown pullets are more popular in my part of the country , the blacks are not as popular

I mostly sell unsorted, however , I take out the tiny ones amongst the eggs
