  • Rx
    Diphenhydramine HCl (12.5 mg/5 mL oral solution )
    Nystatin in Maalox (100,000 U/5mL)
    Lidocaine HCl 2% syrup aa ad 60 ml
    Dispense 60 mL
    Procedure
    1.Measure out the liquid ingredients using appropriate graduate cylinders.
    2.Prepare Nystatin/Maalox suspension
    a.Weigh out required amount of Nystatin
    b.Place in a glass mortar
    c.Add 20 mL of Maalox and triturate until uniform
    d.Pour into bottle
    3.Add remaining ingredients in appropriate amounts to bottle.
    4.Label.

    I wish you would explain why you use each of the ingrediants and what they' re targeting, and if it is for long term use or just a healing short term use. Thanks for posting though.

      Its numbing. Very numbing like clove oil 2.0

      Yes. Run! Oh wait. You posted that question 3 months ago. I'll check the obits for E S. So sorry. I'll send flowers.
      In most emergency rooms they have something called a GI cocktail which they give you to see if your heart attack symptoms are really just a stomach issue. It's about 50ml of this stuff. The formula varies from ER to ER but it's pretty much Magic Mouthwash. You drink it. If it cures the symptoms then it's not a heart attack. The admitting nurse makes a judgement of GI cocktail or Nitroglycerin. Nitroglycerin can be vicious. Headache. Strong heartbeat. Sick feeling. But if you're actually having a heart attack those symptoms are preferable to heart damage. If you aren't then the nitro symptoms are not good. That nurse has an important decision to make.

      if its for your throat you could just gargle it and dont swallow and you should be fine
