I don’t know guys, I’m kind of over liquid blushes, creamy blushes, etc. I’ve been doing powder blushes and I’m pretty happy with my choice. Anyone else going through this?
I loooove the way you describe each product. So specific but helpful to so many different preferences. You're such a pro and I appreciate your videos so much.
Patrick Ta, EM cosmetics, HAUS powder and RMS blushes are my top formulas. For cream, Saie (in the pan) and Honest beauty. I also LOVE the blushlighter trend.
Oh my goodness, my dream video! 😍😄 so excited to watch!! Thank you for all your hard work on your Chanel Andrea! I can tell you are so dedicated and it’s so sweet how much you interact with us viewers in the comments 🥹 God bless you and your fam! ❤️
I am SO old school, still wearing Milani Luminoso. For my fair skin and undertone, it is the perfect product. Even when I make myself wear another blush, I always add a touch of Luminoso at the end! The peachy shade in the Essence blushes reminds me of this one, so I might try a couple of those. But to be honest, my poor blushes sit in the drawer, barely used. As for liquid blushes, I am too set in my ways to spend the time to apply these. I have tried a few, and have not liked the finished product. And, if I have to set it with a powder blush that defeats the purpose for me!
I still wear that too!! I’m 25 and I still have the exact same one I’ve used since high school. It has a lot of product in it and it always looks good!

Love your channel and your reviews style. Thank you so much for doing the blush recommendations video. I’m revamping my vanity and updating my makeup. I just purchased a Merit blush in the shade “Fox”, Fenty Cream blush in Big Melons, and one NYX Butermelt Blush in Feeling Butta. I even got my first Merit highlighter in the shade Solstice. Love the formulas in these blushes!!! They look so beautiful on my skin tone. I’ll be picking up some Milani blushes next month. I’m loving ❤this series you are doing. - Crystal from NYC 😊!
Rare Beauty has always been one of my favorite makeup brands, but having just been recently diagnosed with severe lupus I have a whole new level of appreciation for the brand and everything that they stand for ❤ I have always been obsessed with makeup and beauty but I just wanted to say your videos and chatting about makeup has really given me some peace and much needed distraction from these past few months. Anyways, I just wanted to add how much Rare Beauty as a brand means to a beauty lover/mua like me also battling lupus 😊
Thank you for sharing this with us. 💗 It means so much that I’ve been able to be any sort of distraction for you during what I’m sure has been such a difficult time. I love to hear what Rare Beauty means to you too. Sending you so much love!
I would love to see the same type of video for bronzer and highlighters, because there’s so many different types of that it would be great to see a review of all of them and the different formula you have
I recently bought an Essence pure nude baked blush at your recommendation previously using the Milani baked blush. It’s my new favorite - got goldy cassis which looks purple-ish but pulls pink on me! Love your channel
One I've recently discovered and really like is the Moira Love Heat Cream Blushes. They are really pigmented but if you use a smaller amount they're not too intimidating, and they're super affordable!
1000%, my favorite cream/gel blush is the Undone Beauty water blushes. They're so incredible and no one talks about them! They will last on my combo, leaning oilier, skin all day. I top them with a corresponding NYX butter blush if it's especially hot or I have an extra long day. ❤ edit: the Honest Beauty cream blushes are my second pick, although they are really expensive for a "drugstore" brand
My favourite blush of all time is the Nyx sweet cheeks liquid blush. It has intense pigmentation but it blends out perfectly and when it dries down it doesn't MOVE all day. You are very lucky cause it's still available in the US but it's discontinued in Europe. It didn't get the hype it deserved.
@@mariep4512 My favourite is Nude'tude. It's the most perfect neutral shade and it goes with absolutely everything. Does anyone know any other shades like this?
Oh yes! I was so sad to realize that it was not anymore available in Germany, where I live, it's one of the best blushes I have, and I have tons of them
First time tuning in. Great video! I do struggle with the NYX Buttermelt blushes staying on. Anyone have a suggestion? They go on beautifully! And I love them. I have several. And the RMS blushes are lovely. I’ve been able to find them on sale periodically Amazon. Thanks Andrea!❤😊
Two of my favorite blushes & formulas are the Mac Glow Play & Gucci Luminous Matte Beauty. The Mac Glow Play (Shade: So Natural) is my most used, easy, sheer and buildable, and I love the putty, cream to powder style formula. However I’ve heard they’ve just been reformulated and they’ve added new shades, that they’re more emollient now so that they have a stronger pigmentation. I don’t know how I feel about that personally, since I prefer sheer formulas for me, but I love the new shades so I’m definitely going to try one of them. I wish I didn’t love the Gucci Luminous Matte Beauty blush as much as I do, because of how expensive it is, but… I do. They are so easy and natural looking, and the shades are a bit more unique, and yet look so good and flattering. My favorite shade is Tender Apricot and I know if I lost my collection or something happened to this blush, I would immediately buy it again despite that price tag.
Honestly I’m so over the Rare Beauty liquid blushes. They just are far too pigmented for me. I prefer the ELF camo blushes a little more because they are a little easier to use. I also like my EM cosmetics liquid blush, and the youthforia color changing blush. I did recently get the Lunar Beauty liquid blush as an add on for my icon box and I’m excited to give it a try. For creams I love my Tower 28 blush. For powder blush, I really enjoy using my hourglass blush, and my lunar beauty, blush palette.
I’ve been loving the Saie liquid blushes! They’re buildable gives my cheeks a nice glow without being greasy. My favorite shade is spicy, it works well for my medium cool skin tone and gives me that sunburnt look. I enjoy buildable blushes because I don’t like feeling scared of my makeup. Especially when I’m in a rush and just plopping things on my face I like to be able to do that without looking like a clown. It’s fool proof but has really good color payoff.
My number 1 blush is the Natasha denona my dream cheek trio blush. Not the mini, but the full sized. I love the color, I love the finish on the cheek. I’ve used one completely up and have already repurchased the trio, just for the blush, I love it that much. My number 2 blush formula is Pat McGrath. My absolute favorite of Pats blushes is desert Orchid. I also love divine rose (although the Natasha my dream kind of took over that ones spot), nude Venus, and paradise glow, and Nymphette. I have both of the holiday cheek palettes from a couple of years ago, the ones with a quad of blushes and a rectangle of highlight. I use a lot of those blushes, but these shades listed are my favorite. I do love her shimmer formula, and matte formula. (Oh!!! I just came back to say I love the RMS blush, too! I forgot about it till you mentioned it. I only have maidens blush. I love this one too! I’d probably put this one up near the top, too. Not sure if it’d be 2 or 3…. I think I like pat McGrath desert orchid a bit more, but almost the same, love RMS!) My third favorite I think would have to be nars. I love every cheek palette I own. There are several different formulas. I think I prefer the formula in the orgasm on the beach palette, the the orgasm fourplay quad, and the high profile cheek palette and rising star palettes. I guess I do like the traditional powder formula too (I’m thinking OrgasmX ). Those are my favorite, stay in my vanity so they’re handy, blushes.
I've never tried those RMS blushes but after seeing your review & swatches, I feel like I need them! How pretty. As for liquid blushes, I of course love the Rare Beauty ones, but I also really love Flower's blush bombs--I reach for those as much as my Rare Beauty liquid blushes. I often mix different liquid blushes together to get different colors (or sometimes I mix the darker shades with elf's Halo Glow to tone them down a bit). Ah, I love blush.
This is rhe video we needed❤❤❤❤ thank you for your clear explanation, I'm actually waiting gor the holiday releases too see if merit and lys release a minis set because I'd like to tey them out (specially de merit after this video)
It took a few days before I really had time to sit down and focus on this, but it was worth it ❤ So many great choices, but I think if I could only use one blush, I’d still go with the Persona powder blushes. Carmel and Georgia are still up there as all-time favorites of mine.
Favorites: liquid - Saie dew blush (I have 4 shades), cream - Persona, Ami Cole, powder - Haus Labs, RMS, Hourglass. I’m bad at narrowing down my favorites!
My personal fave blush is Physicians Formula Happy Booster in Rose. Very buildable and is never too much. Ive been think about the Nyx butter blushes, but i dont want to waste money on a blush if i dont like it.
Love your videos and you are so right I may skip some makeup but NEVER blush. I also love the fact you share what brushes work best for different formulas you never disappoint! I do love Rare Beauty powder blush which is very fragile as you have pointed out and her liquid blush but after watching the video I have some other options to try. During the fall sale I plan on picking up the Kosas baked blush I do have Laura Geller but I find I never reach for it. I always feel good after watching your videos Thank You!
I have really been enjoying the Hard Candy Face Off Blurring Liquid Blush in Hot Shot. It’s easy to blend, and so so blurring. The coloring is also very flattering on my light neutral/cool skin tone.
I love a lot of your favorites, especially the RMS! I have to add the Honest Beauty cream blushes and any blush from Em Cosmetics. Since you love baked blushes, you should definitely try their baked formula, it’s top tier! I also love the sweet cheeks cream blush from Nyx (nude tude) and the Mac Glow Play blush in So Natural. Tower 28 in Magic Hour, Nudestix Nude Buff, Glossier Beam, Salt New York blush in Maple, and Sydney Grace cream blush in Dreamy are all formulas I recommend as well. I love blush!❤
Love this video, I like the elf and the profusion liquid. Love the milani powder and the essence, like the L’Oréal but things can go wrong really quick very pigmented. I purchase some Joah crème I hesitate with crème because of my oily skin. Have tried others but I think I blend them away just have not been fond of any crème. Would love to try the rare beauty blushes. NYX are fun but wear very little lol. Love your channel thank you for the information. Take care and stay safe. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m really enjoying baked blush right now. I have normal to dry mature skin, and liquid, cream and baked blushes look best on my skin. Patrick Ta’s duo would be my all time favorite blushes.
My top formulas have to be the essence baked blushes, the ones from the ND bloom palette, the ones from the too faced natural face palette, and the milani baked blushes... I only have one of the tower 28 and flower beauty blushes but theyre beautiful!
I have been loving the nudestix cream blushes, they last all day for me. I recently purchased the essence smaller blush, the one that has a new formula due to your recommendation and I’m in love! I love blush!!
Powder blush for me. We've just got the new nyx ones in the UK. I really want to try the purple shade! My favourite blush is one from Max Factor (not sure if it's available in the US) - the Creme Puff baked blush. My favourite colour is Lavish Mauve which I think they may have discontinued. Luckily I have multiple back ups! Love the RMS ones too. I want to try the Kosas ones too. They look a lot like the Max Factor ones. Emma x
I feel like I’m alone, but I just can’t get the Milani baked blushes to work for me. I get a little bit of shimmer with no pigment. Love the ones from Essence, though.
My favorite blush of all time is the bareminerals gen nude blush, particularly in the shade call my blush… it just really goes with my light skin and olive undertone and the formula is not too heavy and gives my cheeks a gorgeous flush. I would also say my 2nd place is the essence pure nude blushes. What an amazing formula for $6! And essence is almost always on sale.
I used Clinique Pink Blush for decades. But there are so many great products now that I’m okay with it not working for me anymore. This is a great video. Thank you.
I have rare and saie liquid blushes- rare is my favorite For creams i have rare, tower 28, Patrick ta, bareminerals and I think bareminerals is my favorite bc it’s like a cream to powder And for powder I have Patrick ta, bareminerals, colourpop, Kylie, hourglass, ofra, odens eye & abh and I think colourpop is actually my favorite I used to have tarte, Natasha denona and milani, but decluttered. I really want to try Nyx! It looks so good.
Since my skin took a turn for the desert dry thanks to medicine this year, I got to rediscover cream blush. My favorite cream blush is a tie between the Stila Convertible Color & the Makeup by Mario Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veil. Both work beautifully on my skin! My favorite powder blush is from RMS. I have not found a liquid that I am in love with right now so currently I don’t own any.
Andrea my FAVORITE blush is the Pink Popsicle from Laura Geller's Saturday Style palette from SEVERAL yrs ago. It's in a small palette that has 4 eyeshadows, a blush & highlighter. Within that set of palettes, from the Flirty Friday palette there's an eyeshadow called Sangria Seduction that I would LOVE 2 have as a blush. It's a satin finish burgundy shade that has a bronze/copper undertone. Think U can find me a blush that looks close 2 that description??
Those NYX blushes are amazing. I bought ALL of them, and I, too, am hoping for them to release way more shades! They need to do shade extensions in the bronzers! Beautiful formula, but I feel like the paler shades (the only ones I have experience with) were a bit … off in tone.
Andrea do you still recommend the Ami Cole loose powder? Is it a good one for under the eyes and all over the face. I haven't ever tried loose powder i always used pressed powder. Is the Ami cole a meesy powder thats why i dont want to try loose powder because it goes everywhere. I hope it has a good sifter.
I don’t like liquid blush, I do like cream from tower 21, I’m a huge blush lover!!! I love haus labs and I love the too faced blush the ones that look like macaroons!! But I do change my mind monthly lol and love my PM blush too Excellent video Cheers and love from Canada 🇨🇦
I wonder what Sephora stopped carrying the RMS blush. Hanky Panky is on my wish list. It’s supposed to look amazing on fair skin. I love the Essence Goldy Cassis as well and Mikani’s luminous. The Hourglass blushes are also a favorite. Bare Minerals makes a loose powder blush I love, it’s called Beauty. It gives a beautiful glow.
My favourites are the NARS, Pat McGrath and Too Faced powder blushes. I'm not a fan of liquids or creams though. From the drug store it's just the milani ones that I like
I don’t know guys, I’m kind of over liquid blushes, creamy blushes, etc. I’ve been doing powder blushes and I’m pretty happy with my choice. Anyone else going through this?
i still enjoy my creams and liquids, but powder is often just easier to apply without it getting patchy etc.
Sameeee
I have never stopped loving powder blush.
I tried to like liquid blush. I have three now and I still don’t use them over my Milani baked blush.
Powder last longer for me.

Love ❤ blushes! I’ll skip eye makeup but never blush. My personal favorite is bare mineral blonzer in flushed copper.
I love the blonzer formula so much! It really gives the skin such a pretty glow.
I love Kiss of Copper. It’s beautiful over the Charlotte Tilbury Pinkgasm Sunset Highlighter wand. (Used as a blush)

I would have loved a demonstration on how to apply those blushes 😊 was still a very helpful video
My favorite blushes are the lawless blush in vintage love and the rose Inc blush in Camelia
That shirt looks great on you!❤
Thank you! You’re so kind! 🥰
My top formulas have to be the essence baked blushes, the ones from the ND bloom palette, the ones from the too faced natural face palette, and the milani baked blushes... I only have one of the tower 28 and flower beauty blushes but theyre beautiful!
I don't have that many blushes. I like the shades for Flower Beauty. I like the staying power of Elf primer infused powder blush
If I could only keep one blush, I’d pick the Colourpop liquid blush in thx, perfect shade and formula!
I have been loving the nudestix cream blushes, they last all day for me. I recently purchased the essence smaller blush, the one that has a new formula due to your recommendation and I’m in love! I love blush!!
Oh yay! I’m so glad to hear it works well for you! I definitely want to try another shade or two. Thank you for sharing!
I love Hourglass “At Night,” RMS “Hanky Panky” and Surratt “Barbe a Papa” (powder version). Probably my top 3!
I love Tower 28 cream blush.
Benefit blush in the shade Willa is the one I want to wear every day.
I used Clinique Pink Blush for decades. But there are so many great products now that I’m okay with it not working for me anymore. This is a great video. Thank you.
There really are so many blush options these days! I appreciate you watching!
My top blush I reach for all the time is essence be spoke or flower beauty flower pot blushes. I love them so much.
Oh, I totally forgot about those flower beauty blushes! Those are really nice. Bespoke is one of my favorite shades of all time too! 😍
Can I just say: I love your top!
Ahhh thank you so much! 🥰
I have rare and saie liquid blushes- rare is my favorite
For creams i have rare, tower 28, Patrick ta, bareminerals and I think bareminerals is my favorite bc it’s like a cream to powder
And for powder I have Patrick ta, bareminerals, colourpop, Kylie, hourglass, ofra, odens eye & abh and I think colourpop is actually my favorite
I used to have tarte, Natasha denona and milani, but decluttered. I really want to try Nyx! It looks so good.
It’s crazy how much ppl started loving blush, it was already my fave product when everyone was going gaga over bronzer and would skip blush
Moira has amazing liquid blushes. They're probably my fave alongside Saie
The Saie blushes are my new favorite, I have 8 shades 😅 and I love them all!
I definitely have a few of those shades on my Sephora wishlist. I only have one, but I love the formula so much!
I like the new NYX butta blushes ❤
The formula really is so good! I love how smooth it is.
Thank you, very good information ❤
Thank you so much for watching! 🥰
Those NYX blushes are amazing. I bought ALL of them, and I, too, am hoping for them to release way more shades! They need to do shade extensions in the bronzers! Beautiful formula, but I feel like the paler shades (the only ones I have experience with) were a bit … off in tone.
Thank you for this
Thank you❤
Right now my fave is gxve beauty. Feels like i cant get too heavy handed w it
Thanks Andrea 🎉
Andrea do you still recommend the Ami Cole loose powder? Is it a good one for under the eyes and all over the face. I haven't ever tried loose powder i always used pressed powder. Is the Ami cole a meesy powder thats why i dont want to try loose powder because it goes everywhere. I hope it has a good sifter.
🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 blush!!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
🥰🙌
I don’t like liquid blush, I do like cream from tower 21, I’m a huge blush lover!!! I love haus labs and I love the too faced blush the ones that look like macaroons!! But I do change my mind monthly lol and love my PM blush too
Excellent video
Cheers and love from Canada 🇨🇦
I wonder what Sephora stopped carrying the RMS blush. Hanky Panky is on my wish list. It’s supposed to look amazing on fair skin. I love the Essence Goldy Cassis as well and Mikani’s luminous. The Hourglass blushes are also a favorite. Bare Minerals makes a loose powder blush I love, it’s called Beauty. It gives a beautiful glow.
I prefer powdered blush
My favourites are the NARS, Pat McGrath and Too Faced powder blushes. I'm not a fan of liquids or creams though. From the drug store it's just the milani ones that I like
I’m looking for a blush that last. Thought cream because I’m older, but open for any input.
Theres a 3 pack of mini Kosas blushes that released today!!! 🩷🩷🩷
I remember when the trend was “blushes safe for old ladies” lol.
I actually didn’t use blush until a few months ago tbh.
I have got 2 nr1 pat Mc Grath and charlotte tilbury blushes 🤍🩷
Blush was definitely out of trend in the 2016 era when it was all about eyeshadow highlight/contour IMO!
Charlotte tilbury pinkgasm blush
7:24 what color are you putting on your hand?
Milani baked brushes all the way
