if your simulation distance is the same as your render distance mobs will only spawn where you can see them and simulation distance is where mobs and stuff can spawn so there will be no mobs where it lands even if its night

Just to be clear: this cannot be used in a a RSG Speedrun as it breaks the rule "Glitchless", that's why using this strat makes the run illegitimate.

On multiplayer, this exploit becomes even more insane, being able to teleport you back to the pearl even if it is millions of blocks away, just from another player loading it and you being in the same dimension.

The simulation distance is exciting for years already in the bedrock edition.
But you do have to leave the game to change it on bedrock

if you look at a certain angle down, usually right off the block if youre in the middle of it, you can hit super consistant block clutches, yet another speedrunning strategy, for lava i would recommend popping a fire res pot before you reload the pearl

This is actually one of the oldest travelling technic in minecraft. It started in 1.12 where when you throw a pearl in a unloaded chunk over and over, it will let you to million upon millions of blocks making it overpowered in java.

Well no, because of the 500 block limit and the fact that you have to throw it and then go away means it’s very limited.. and it’s not new, Pearl stasis has also existed for ages and that’s way faster, also, riptide 3 + elytra is faster for long distances
