Hi, beginner of 75kg with Phantom 1280 only here. Aim is to ride 15-20 knots wind with 5m Strike V2 wing, 90L board. I notice that when wind kinda drops, i can't pump it enough to start. So perhaps i need a bigger foil, looking at 7Seas 1400 or Phantom 1780. As i understood through reviews that e.g. 7Seas 1400 is way better that Phantom 1480, so leaving 1480 out. Aim is to ride chop/waves. What would be your advice here? Since just by numbers i see a small area difference between Phantom 1280 and 7Seas 1400 (but also considering that aspect matters), or i should just go bigger with 1780. Thank you
1400 will do the trick! Fast to plane and tons of lift. I've ridden in really under powered conditions and the Seven Seas pumps to plane quickly especially the 1400cm front wing. It's our best wing for dock start foil pump also. Fast and surfy! If anything maybe trade the 5.0 for the 5.5 Strike. It makes all the difference for those bookend hours of the day when the wind is about to shut off!
It's pretty unreal for sure! Big board to float ya and narrow for speed to engage the foil. The Seven Seas are a great "do it all" front wing that get up to foil fast and keep it there!

For the seven seas wing of 1000 with the 250 stabilizer, but which fuselage would you use for that set up? The xxxs? I’m looking at for up wind

This looks just unreal, judging by trees does not look like a lot of wind, and riding a 3m with 1200
