I already meditated, slept a little to just surrender to it and tried to journal, but somehow I felt super exhausted and weighted down that I couldn’t even write anymore. So I sat down to watch this when it was recommended and I could feel this super intense energy through your movements. This isn’t my first Reiki ASMR video so I was surprised how strong it was. @piper6878 Personally I believe talking during sessions takes away from being able to be as clear of a channel as possible for energy. So If I do add my voice during any videos it’s typically in the form of a voice over. But thank you for the suggestions 😊

My only request- is there any chance you could keep the volume of the rain fairly constant (fairly bc rain itself naturally fluctuates), rather than decreasing it whenever the music is more prominent? Unfortunately I could let myself fully relax because my brain was very focused on the rain continually fading out :(( but great otherwise!! Thank you ❤️

It can also help to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth during a session.
@Lumihanna Just to Clarify, I think they are asking to see you do a reiki session on someone as a video concept. So like ‘real’ as in like in-person or in your home.
I don’t know if your energy was activating mine or your Ki is magical but either way it was working.. when I stopped halfway through to get water it felt wonderful 🫶🙏
